Very friendly family business. The staff is responsive and kind. The room is clean.

Beautiful small town in breathtaking scenery. The staff were warm and friendly, the rooms cozy and clean and the food was incredible. I would definitely recommend! Definitely do the Interlaken trail! Stunning and varied hike.

I take a yearly trip to the Twin Lakes Inn the first week in October. It is a great place to get away and relax, hike, experience the outdoors and friendly people there. Staff is always quite helpful. It is easy to meet the guests and residents as well.

Location

If you want to experience a modernized historical property this is a good place. No TV, which was fine because we were there to hike, not sit in the room. It was odd that absolutely no staff seemed to be on the property Wednesday night through Thursday morning which was a little disconcerting. Also there was no dead bolt for the door. But it was clean and spacious. The restaurant Tuesday night provided a good meal.

Lovely location, clean and cozy. The antithesis of the generic roadside motel, the inn is charming and a bit of a throwback - in a really comfortable and homey sort of way. (e.g., no TV but a small common room equipped with books and games).

This place is a gem. It's throw back in time. Get the Partners Suite on the first floor for the best room in the house.

Great little gem to have a nice get away. Not far from trails, water and other small towns. No TV or radios in the room, great way to disconnect. You can always go downstairs and just talk and watch. Really thoughtful on the morning continental breakfast. Just a beautiful place to relax at.

Very cute inn built in 1879, so old but nice with all the amenities. Very clean room. Staff was lovely and dinner was good. All around nice stay.

A unique and historical hotel in a great location.

We really enjoyed our two night stay. The place is uniquely charming - it combines some of the decor of a European alpine refuge with the quality of a great bed and breakfast . Needless to say - room and bathroom were squeaky clean. Excellent restaurant and super friendly staff!

The staff is sincere in their hospitality. The location is excellent for trips to view scenery. Their restaurant meal would match any metropolitan fancy experience. We arranged our Colorado trip specifically to spend two nights with this staff and this lodge

Low key, away from the crowds. Super friendly staff. Fantastic food, including Chef made breakfast quiche. Overall great stay. Very unique experience.
