My only go to when visiting PS! Easy parking, close to downtown, fantastic pool area. The rooms are so fun unique and well appointed. Super kind and friendly staff! Clean, comfy and safe! Love The Twist!!

Highly recommend! Very cool mid mod hotel with awesome decor and outdoor space, super friendly staff, and excellent location - at the top of the Design District on NPC. Quiet yet very convenient location. Coffee and many bar and restaurant options in the immediate area. Easy walk to shopping, museums, or to admire MCM architecture. We will DEFINITELY plan to stay here again on future trips to PS!

The place was fabulous, our room was wonderful, and walking distance to several restaurants. Will definitely will go back. The staff was wonderful as well.

Nice hotel. Shower could be better maintained. Staff was nice, pool and jacuzzi was excellent. Very comfortable room.

This place is great for families. It’s quiet, clean, convenient and fun. We’ve stayed here quite a few times and looking forward to staying there again. Hope the manager enjoyed the shrimp cocktail.😉😉

We booked through hotels for our room, a superior studio king room with a living room and put in a special request for a room with a patio with lounge chairs & fire pit (we’ve stayed here before and liked the room with a patio). We received an email confirmation saying they had moved us to our requested room, only to be put into a different room upon check in with no living room or fire pit… so we asked to be put into the room we requested, but they said it was taken… even though we were told an exact room number in the email. They moved us upstairs to a unit with a view of the mountains, living room etc, but no lounge chairs or fire pit. If they hadn’t sent us an email saying we were getting the room we requested, maybe I would have been a different story but it didn’t work out for us. Also being gold member status on hotels it said we got a free bottle of bubbly upon check in but… we wound up having to ask for it, and then when we finally got the bubbly and settled into the new room, there were no champagne glasses. It was just one thing after another that unfortunately didn’t translate well for the accuracy of their booking system. To be told one thing and then get another is not what we needed on this relaxing birthday celebration in Palm Springs. Such a bummer because we have stayed here before a truly enjoyed the experience.

Me and my friend loved our stay here. The room was clean and cozy. Stores and tasty restaurants were near by. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi in the evenings. Staff was very kind and helpful. I absolutelyyyy will come back here again!

I love The Twist and it was my second stay here while visiting PS. I got the Presidential Suite this time and loved the size and beautiful wrap around deck - great views of city and mountains too! Well appointed suite with all you need and such fab decor! Very clean and comfy! Enjoyed the pool as well and the welcome margarita! All the staff was fabulous! My one complaint was I had asked for an early check in, which I know can’t be guaranteed- they allowed us pool area access which was great - but our room wasn’t ready until after 4pm ( 3pm is check in) … I feel when paying extra for the upgrade of one of the best rooms, priority should be given to having that room clean and ready at the least by standard check in time, if not a little bit before. They did let us checkout at noon which was nice, but the after 4 check in was a disappointment.

This place has a great vibe, friendly and helpful staff. My only complaints are the bathroom toilet paper which is very rough and the showers don't work great.

They had plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the weather. They had great views of the mountains. Our unit was modern and cheery with a bit of kitsch. Their hot tub was a nice warm temperature. The manager was quick to address minor issues and questions. Plus they have a resident kitty cat! My daughter loved the kitty and the friendly staff. We will return.

Jamie was a good host - we really enjoyed the facilities- bikes and pool and outdoor area - gas firepit -the kitchen had most things but we suggest small bowls as we brought our own cereal -great location and rooms very spacious. The airbed was good

I just felt very taken care of. Bed was so comfy, they came and checked on us if we needed more towels, the kitchen was perfect. 24/7 pool. Everything just felt so easy and so comfortable. Can't wait to go back!
