Were there two days before a cruise. 4 pm check in was done at 11 am. Soo great. Location was great for monorail, space needle and walking to the fish market.

We had a cold shower for three days. It maybe would be hot for one persona shower but 2 adult and 1 child should shower each day. Not enough hot water for that.

A good—not great—Marriott. Checked in very late and was not informed about room cleaning policy; you have to inform them if you want your room cleaned every day.

It could take 10 minutes for the elevator depending on the time of day. The first floor escalator was broken for the majority of our stay, so that left the elevator as the only option (besides stairs, which weren’t an option for me bc of a health issue). The staff were kind and friendly, but it felt as though they were short-staffed. My husband and I could barely fit together on our bed in our 4-person occupancy room. If the kids weren’t along, we definitely would have slept better with a king-sized bed.

The pool was dirty and falling apart, the check in/out staff were understaffed. It was a long line! Made us late to a baseball game. The barista staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. The parking situation is chaotic, confusing and over priced. The valley staff would answer questions and they were unorganized. The parking garage is very tight. The shampoo/conditioners were detached from the wall with the glue still showing on the wall. There’s no microwave, extra charges for WiFi, no refrigerator and it took forever for us to get one, the shower head made a loud annoying sound. Wasn’t worth the amount of money we had to pay for the condition of the property and the quality of the staff. Not happy with how expensive parking was. Most other hotels we have stayed at validate the tickets and don’t make us pay parking for staying just one night. The extra fees are completely outrageous. The hold for incidentals is abnormal. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Only two of the four elevators were working the whole time we were there and it was at a very busy time (there was a conference close by). Many guests were complaining about not being able to get their luggage to/from their rooms without waiting at least 15 minutes for elevators that were not full.

Certain streets around the hotel littered with homeless who had no compunction against doing drugs openly. Over my stay policing was virtually nonexistent. Safety is an issue.

I walked into my room after a long rainy dark drive and directly in front of me on the floor next to the couch was a dirty/used bandaid- i looked at couch, something bizarre was on it… I dismissed it, regardless of how really lame that is to find in a “clean” room… how could it of been missed?!! Then i wondered if the window opened for aome fresh air.. definitely wasnt going to actually open… i bent down to take a closer look. The window was a good half of an inch completely exposed open with bugs everywhere rigged with some kind of tar… Again I dismissed it realized well at least there’s fresh air. I’m too tired so I went to pull back the sheets to get into bed and there was what appeared to be bugs all over the sheets So I called front desk and they came up to change rooms while I had other family members (3 rooms) on that same floor… i had no idea they were moving me 14 floors down, again directly in front of the elevator- what are the odds?! Back to when I was doing self parking I packed my brand new Tesla up, obviously not as if I was parking because I needed to get my large suitcase out, so I was not backed in all the way from my Tesla screen I hit open the trunk and it hit a extremely low air conditioning unit that should definitely have been Painted bright with a warning of some sort- So yeah, now I have a scratch from the very short AC ductwork. Anyhow, for the price, it’s a complete joke. I understand that it’s old, but no acceptable

This was a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. We ran into two problems during our stay. First problem was, They had no parking left at the hotel for our rig so we had to park in another parking garage down the road. Second problem was we had our bags brought up to our room and left hotel to go to dinner. When we came back our room door was not closed all the way. It had been this way for at least 3 hours. The door had a problem latching we did notify the front desk when checking out.
