1) Getting back to this place is a cluster of confusion. It’s right at the border so google made us go thru the lanes going back to San Diego. We got lost and went in circles trying to get back, and several times having to drive tall the way to ask the Federales if we could make a U turn back into TJ.
2) I experienced bad communication with the host, needed clean towels and it took 2 days for them to reply back and get me towels.
3) sent pictures of damages to host and got no acknowledgment back from them. There was some sort of grease squirted on the ceiling, walls were dirty window being held shut with a piece of string.

Honestly nothing was unique about the place. The pictures are from years ago I am assuming. The person who greeted us was kind. The place was dirty. Kitchen counter were dirty and sticky. Shower needs a deep clean. Overall 4 out of 10.

The outside of the building looks really nice but in the rooms, it NEEDS some cosmetic work to be done. Be aware that this is no front desk, you will be to get contact with the person in charge over via message. Overall, it was quiet and there was a nearby boba place.

I didnt like anything umprofessional wprru on the way where i was going to stay . The owner of the property wpuld ignored my calls and messages and in the end was 2 hrs with expedia so they could help find a place to stay. Beware pe0ple amd be careful

The building is in good condition and well maintained.
My main issue was getting to the building, Google maps does not route you accurately - this should be optimized and improved for the guests to find the place easier.
Also, the pavement on the street is BAD, I would encourage the people in the street to go government and request to get it repaved.

No sabía que tenía que contactar al host con anticipación al llegar, tuvimos que ir a tomar un café para esperar que nos pasaran accesos, y el lugar descuidado, con un terrible olor a drenaje, con un par de almohadas miniatura y para el clima habría estado bien una cobija más gruesa.
