Great place to stay in the Hixson area

Upon arrival, I was charged 170.00 in unauthorized charges due to the front desk attendant being new and not knowing what they were doing in the system as well as not knowing how to resolve the issue. I am two weeks out from this taking place; with first being promised that the charge would be reversed and never even go through my bank. It went through. After multiple calls and emails with several managers, they still have not resolved the issue and continue to give me the run around- although they admitted fault from the beginning. The manager also stated “no one is trying to take your money”. They indeed took my money and have yet to make it right. After hours of stress on the phone/emails and allowing management to right their wrong- it’s incredibly disheartening, especially since the staff seemed kind and professional at the beginning. I would not recommend this location to anyone for this reason. There was also a massive crack up the entire wall of my hotel room- I made the front desk attendant aware and they stated it’s hard to find time to fix things like this between guests. While it wasn’t a bother to me- it was an additional concern.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. However, the slamming of garbage bins next door at 1 am was frustrating. Also, you could hear people in the halls like there was a paper thin wall between you. In addition, when the people above us were walking around, it was loud.

We stayed in King suite with sofa-bed. It was very nice. I made use of the kitchenette. It was nice to have an apt sized frig, toaster, microwave, stovetop. The hotel was in an excellent location, easy to get to and from. Restaurants were all around and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Easy access from SR153. The rooms are large, with a kitchen area and comfortable beds. Location is safe and convenient to shopping and dining. Staff is friendly. Breakfast has a good variety. **rooms facing SR153 can be noisy at times if you are a light sleeper

Train tracks are close and there is constant noise from the trains honking day and night. Breakfast is up to 9 AM.

The room was spotless and exactly what my family and I needed for a quick night away. The staff was all so friendly and kind, I hope to return soon!

One of the best places we have ever stayed. Cammie at the front desk was wonderful with check in, restaurant recommendations and just lovely every time we saw her. Our room was spacious, clean and had tons of extras- they thought of everything. Definitely will stay again.

Nice hotel

The most important thing I look for in a hotel is cleanliness. This is the cleanest hotel room I’ve been in a long time.

Property is new . Bed was very comfy. I loved the walk in shower.

Have stayed at this property multiple times. Helpful staff, large clean rooms, great location.

This trip was for a family get-together as our ThanksChristmas! Everything was great at the hotel! Very nice, clean and had a small kitchen!

Very well located to retail & dining. A bit of unwanted highway noise.

The evening shift front desk associate could’ve been more enthusiastic when greeting and checking us in. She was friendly. My overall impression was that she didn’t care much about being there.

Amazing staff. Property well kept, room was clean and bed very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Suite hotel with lots of local shopping and dining options. Nicely decorated. Good sized rooms. Fairly quiet, although the train does pass by briefly twice during the night. Friendly staff. Decent hot/cold breakfast, which varied a bit over our three night stay.
