My stay at Townplace Suites by Marriott Memphis Olive Branch was so-so, the room itself was okay but issues with the WIFI, AC unit were very noisy, and the room itself was not very quiet. You could hear whatever was happening in the hallway, next door and even the floor above. The room wasn't as clean as it should be. If I had a choice of a different hotel at a similar price I would go elsewhere.

Great bed and clean room. Very small room but it worked for 1 night. Wifi was difficult to connect and staff was helpful.

It was clean and looks like it was just built.

We loved the property. It was 20 minutes from Memphis and the rooms were clean. I got a studio Queen and the little kitchenette was perfect. We would go back

Very nice, clean rooms with several ports to charge phones, etc. also had great shower which is hard to find at a hotel. Friendly staff at check in & breakfast. Lot of places to eat nearby incl icharleys, Chilis, etc. Gym had all you need for a few days stay. Only minor point would be more selection at breakfast although it was still good. Would definitely stay again.

We flew in from Vegas for a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located, clean and the staff is very nice.

Great hotel. Bed the bed in 309 will flip over if you set at foot of the bed. The shower had enough hair in it like a bear had bathe in it. I just went to Walmart a got gloves an cleaning supplies, which I shouldn’t have to do. They been holding a deposit from December 21,2024 and it’s still pending which is so crazy. And whoever works the day shift that answer telephone is so freaking rude. Show wish I could have gotten her name.

The stay was great. But they need to fix toilet in room 405 the whole toilet moves when u sit on it omg. Other than that the hotel is great

Nice staff. Okay breakfast. Bathrooms are dated. Room itself is fine. Beds are very comfy. Good location to get to multiple areas of Tupelo. Not anything special but good if you simply need a space to sleep and grab some breakfast. Area okay. However, they do allow dogs! 😊

The lady that checked us in was absolutely pleasant and friendly. The room was perfect and bed was comfortable. Would 100% stay again.

Hurricane hit and they didn't try to help only charge ur card for every lil thing

I loved the area. The manger on duty was very nice. My room was very clean. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Stay was so-so. Reception was preoccupied and visiting with friend. Did not volunteer info on breakfast etc. Room was nice and clean, but something in kitchen area was constantly creating a rapping noise that persisted all night. Needs to be fixed.

After reserving a suite with a sofa bed because I was traveling with my 4 year old girl who goes to sleep early and I wanted a separate sleep area so she could go to sleep on time & I could spend time with her older bros, my sons from a previous marriage; they did not have one available be cause they sold out. We made this reservation a full week prior & it was confirmed. My oldest son is an active duty U.S. Marine was deployed for over a year so it’s been over a year since I’ve last spent any time with him. So I had to make the choice to mess with my 4 yr old girls schedule or spend less time with my son. We cant mess up a 4 year olds schedule so I ended up missing out on a lot of time with my son because this hotel “confirmed” a room and then sold them out. I ended up in a double room with no separation so I got to lie in one bed with my daughter in the other bed across the room from me and I was able to text with my son. That was the first introduction to this hotel. DON’T trust your reservation, they do NOT care at all what you paid for and/or “Confirmed”!!!! Next the room isn’t in the greatest shape. It was fairly clean except the drywall broken near the bathtub and the toilet paper holders that constantly dropped the toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom because they are so loose they can’t hold a toilet paper roll. I don’t have enough characters to express my issues! Im running out of ways to express my problems. And just getting started.

Staff was absolutely amazing! They made sure that I was completely taken care of! Room was clean and comfortable! I would not hesitate to stay here again if my travel needs dictated it! Thank you so much🙏

We had an excellent stay here. We checked in after 10:00 pm and they had upgraded us to a suite. It was a new hotel that was incredibly clean, safe, and had a fantastic breakfast. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. Vernon, the front desk staff was professional and upbeat. Many food options in the area and close to the interstate and highway. The breakfast was hot and fresh with different options to choose from. I will be staying here again!

No complaints! The staff was amazing. Or room was clean and stocked. No problems getting extra towels either. Breakfast was delicious our entire stay. The hotel was quiet and clean. Plenty of food options nearby as well as a Walmart.
