The outside property was so beautiful with all the landscaping and flowers. Plenty of space for outdoor seating. Loved the feel! The room is apartment style it’s older but totaly great for the price! I would stay here again. Also, Manny at desk was super helpful and kind and goes out of his way to make sure we knew how to get around and use the local bus and transportation. He was awesome! Also helped tell us how to get from airport to hotel on metrobus saving us a lot of $ instead of paying for an uber

Absolutely perfect for our girls trip! The two bedroom was great for the 5 of us. The only problem we encountered was very limited onsite parking.

Had a good stay didn’t have any problems and we kept losing our keys and they were really nice about replacing them

This property was beautiful. However, it’s a bit older and not the cleanest. The area is right off the busy areas but doesn’t seen the safest. Staff was super nice and helpful.

The main lobby isn't accessible. You have to go up two stairs to get in and another to steps down to go out on the opposite side. It kind of difficult to do with luggage and if you are using a mobility scooter or a wheelchair. Also they have some of type if floral incense burning at the lobby desk and the smell can become overwhelmingly strong when you are standing there getting the paperwork done. When asked about what the strong scent was the employee replied "the manager tells us we have to light it so we do". This doesn't fair well for anybody that has scent allergies. I had to cover up my mouth and nose with my hoody in order while I checked in. I stayed away from the fronk deak as much as I could to avoid an allergic reaction. Otherwise everything was nice. The room was spacious and it very convient having a kitchen. Also, they provide a laundry room for guests to use however you need to go down steep stairs to the room and there is no railings to hold on to so I avoided it.

A spacious property. Clean and has everything you need. A 10 minute walk to the beach or the convention centre. A 5 minute walk to Collins Ave. Although directly across from the fire station and on a busy roadway, you could not hear the traffic. Would stay again!

You get what you pay for. It's very affordable, with a lot of space for families (2 rooms with multiple beds for less than 1 nice hotel room 10 blocks south). The property overall is well maintained, with beautifully landscaped patios/courtyards with tables and umbrellas for relaxing outside.
Cons: It's really far from anything except the beach. Aside from one gas station deli around the corner, there's nowhere convenient to buy groceries or eat out. It got old schlepping 20 minutes each way to Lincoln Road shopping & dining.
The beds are really uncomfortable and saggy. And the staff, while extremely nice, is disorganized: You'll get one answer from one person, another from another, they might give you a different unit than you wanted, and they won't hold your luggage – a real inconvenience.

Other than the toilet not flushing properly (the fill valve needed to be replaced and we had to push it down each time to get the water to replentish in the bowl) the room was clean and comfortable. Great location and very helpful to be able to cook in the room, saves a tremendous amount of money.

Like the old world atmosphere of the hotel. Only headache is not knowing where to park. I was hoping I didn’t have to walk far. But fortunately I got some good tips on how to get a ‘spot’ to where I’m not spending a fortune to park my car.
