Terrible cleaning, according to sources they were non-smoking rooms but the penetrating smell of cigarettes, towels in poor condition and worn out

I like that it was quiet at night. Strange people everywhere but they didn’t bother me. The floors should be cleaned better. If you spill something on the floor and try to clean it with a towel the towel turns black instantly. Your feet will turn black if you walk bare foot in your room. This motel is outdated but it works. Maintenance repairs things quickly. Housekeeping everyday. But they won’t give you extra towels, they are all counted for. The bed is uncomfortable and really hurt my back. The bIanket on the bed is hideous so I purchased one and it made a huge difference. Stayed here a week. It wasn’t bad.

Very dirty bathroom had rust and sharp areas

Don't ever stay in North Hills or Van Nuys for that matter!!! Criminal element everywhere. My suggestion stay a few cities away if you have to do anything in those 2 towns. The motel was in

I booked a non-smoking room,but when i opened the door to my room it smelled terrible. The air conditioning smelled like someone took a piss on the unit and the room smelled like cigarettes.the guy in the front desk was nice but had to cancel my second night due to the oder.

I HAD RESERVED A 2 BED BOTTOM FLOOR DUE TO ISSUES WALKING. THE DESK CLERK GAVE MY ROOM AWAY TO SOMEBODY ELSE, WAS RUDE AND YELLED AT ME AT MY PARTNER. ASKED FOR MANAGERS 9NFO OR CORPORATE NUMBER HE REFUESED TO GIVE ME EITHER, REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME, AN D WOULDNT TELL ME WHERE MY ROOM WAS LOCATED AT. THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY AND TUB HAD A RING AROUND THE TUB. THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE IN ROOM. IT WAS I9N LAUNDRY ROOM WHERE IT STUNK LIKE OLD URINE. PEOPLE WERE PARTYING IN PARKING LOT WITH ALOT OF GARBAGE OVER LOT. PROPERTY NOR ROOMS ARE TAKEN CARE OF. HAD TO ARGUE WITH CLEANING LADY THAT WE NEED TWO WASH CLOTHES NOT ONE, THERE WERE TWO OF US. SHE WAS RELUCTANT TO GIVE IT TO US. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AND IN TERRIBLE NEIGHBORHOOD WITH GANGS, ACTIVE DRUG ADICTS, AND HOMELESS RUNNIG THROUGH PARKING LOT AT ALL HOURS. WORSE PLACE EVER WILL NOT RETURN TO A TRAVEL LODGE AGAIN

First of all I am surprised by the survey, because according to the lobby Attended My reservation never showed up, And they gave me a smoking room by not telling me I found out when i get in the room #130 and charge me 100 dollars on my debit card I went back to the lobby and there were no more No smoking rooms available. According to the attendant on the evening shift He told me he would change my room but not until the next day, before 11:00 am. So I came back and the morning attendant from the day before was already there and he told me The same as the day before That my Reservation did not show up and that if I wanted to change rooms, to come back until 2:00 pm. And that I was not guaranteed a non-smoking room. I couldn't stay and I left that place. I JUST HOPE YOU DONT CHARGE MY CARD.

The room has a lot of cigarette smell, with no microwave. The shower does not run and we have to use a small bucket-like cup to take our bath. The lighting was inadequate too.

air condition is loud , you can hear people screaming outside, the room smells like urine, I had to use 2 scented candle to get rid of the stench. The bathtub is clogged. I stayed there for 4 nights I had to go to the office everyday reset my keys.
