Staff was not as helpful or focused. Tend to spread time to many people as opposed to assisting one efficiently then moving on to another.
Called to front desk first evening there ask if they had the same room available for another night…
front desk Rachel was nothing and apart from being young was quiet condensing then hung up on me.
I went on with my day despite her rude demeanor.
Will i stay at this hotel again… Never!
I’ve stayed at many locations yet was always treated like a person and welcoming.

The hotel smells like smoke from whatever entrance you come in. I was on a floor where they were working in some rooms so there was dust and plaster on carpet in hallway.

The size of room is good and the location is excellent. It’d be even better if they have basic facility like a kettle or tea bags in the room. They also charge resort fees and taxes which were not advertised clearly during booking. For a 1-week stay they do add up.

Super close to the Venetian theater so my girls could see the Sturniolo triplets. Arcade was fun,although the elevators were confusing at first

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. TV in room 26008 didn't work, ran out of toilet paper.
26008 mattress was well used and sunk in couldn't get out of the indent. Toilet ran non-stop. Loud music not sure where it was coming from and the noise from being too close to the vending machine/ice maker made it difficult to get sleep.
