The property is very well maintained and very clean in every area. Staffs are friendly, helpful, and professional. Fitness center is clean and nice. Hot breakfast is delicious and lots of variety. There’s pool table. The market has everything from Tylenol to wine.

This was a last minute booking on a long drive from GA to IL. I was not thrilled with the accommodations; the hotel seemed to have thin walls or perhaps the other guests were quite loud. Staff was not super welcoming nor hospitable. Room was minimal (likely chosen aesthetic) but clean.

Where to start......don't get the front of the building, the work/dump trucks will keep you up all night. Don't look/ask for a microwave, you can use the one downstairs. The lady at the front desk, when I asked for change, just grunted, didn't/couldn't speak. NO ROOM IN the rooms. Shower door did not fit, had to mop up water. Taken over by work crews, loud trucks with music blaring in parking lot. That's my take on Tru.

Honestly, this hotel was almost perfect. The biggest downfall is that the room wasn’t dark enough for my liking. Service was polite and prompt. Breakfast was delicious and better than I expected.

The people in the room adjacent were absurdly loud late at night and early in the morning. Their dogs barked excessively and the owner would repeatedly scream at them to stop. I barely slept.

There is no roof above the entrance to the hotel. I case of raining it creates inconvenience to get in and out of the car, and to load and unload luggage.
Drinking water access only on the lobby level. No drinking water pitcher or anything in the room. No freezer compartment in the fridge. No coffee or tea availability in the room.

Hotel staff very nice. Coffee & Tea available 24/7. Breakfast was solid. Location is just off I-40, but the hotel is not particularly convenient to the happenings of downtown Asheville. Room was clean & eco-friendly. Neither of the 2 beds in my room was particularly comfortable. Hotel is set up well to charge various devices. All in all, pretty good. Just wish the beds were more comfortable.
