Very close to airport and convenient.

Pretty dirty bathroom floor and corners. Found multiple (short) hairs on the bedding and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. Airplanes were super loud as well, but that’s to be expected at an airport hotel.

Nice, overall. Room is clean, but small. No carpet. Must squeeze soap and shampoo tubes to use in bathroom. Lobby amenities and decor is really cool.

Bright and welcoming. Easy to find and park. Rooms were clean although the bathroom floor had some "dust" in the corners. But everything was very comfortable and clean. The price was wonderful. We will definitely use this hotel when we return to Columbus.

The Hotel and the staff are amazing. The women working the front desk were truly a pleasure to wake up to in the morning. I would have given this hotel a 5 star but unfortunately on my last night stay someone broke into my work truck and stole $1,500 worth of tools. I really regret having to give them a 3 star, it truly is 5 star service and clean hotel, but unfortunately there is definitely some thieves that frequent their parking lot. Be forewarned if you are staying for multiple days, take any valuables out of your vehicle and leave them at home, your room or on the job site. My work truck was locked and apparently the thieves had keys to my boxes. I know this because the locks were not jimmied and whoever got into them had a key. If you do not believe me check Amazon for the keys to your tool boxes and see if they have them available for your tool boxes as well 😉. I learned a very valuable lesson the hard way, and I hope my review helps someone else.

My room/hotel was very clean. Check in and out was easy. McDonald’s, Sheetz and Waffle House is very close. Staff are wasn’t friendly at check in or check out, but the process was smooth.

Completely unimpressed with breakfast. Friday was fine, Saturday and Sunday was awful. Watery eggs and sausage that looked like elephant knees. Parking was also interesting, limited spots it seemed for the number of rooms and the security guard took 1 later in the evening giving guests even less options. When checking out, we loaded up our car out front and couldn't even pull through to leave, we had to back out because that was apparently being used for parking too? We doing a lot of traveling for sports and I probably wouldn't book here again.

Love the pool table and games in the lobby. That was a great way to keep my teen busy. Hotel was clean and quiet, staff was friendly. No complaints at all.

Great stay with all the amenities, but the rooms either share a locked common door with neighboring guests or have thin walls, as sounds from other rooms are easily heard.
