Came over for some Roughriders games and golf equipment and this was located in a location where I had easy access to both.

Tru @ Stonebriar is in a wonderful, beautiful, & safe location. The hotel is very open & clean. The staff is friendly & helpful. The Stonebriar Mall is right out the back door so there is plenty of shopping w/in walking distance. If you love to get your steps in (as I do), this is definitely the location. There are other Hilton properties close by, other food spots, IKEA, Rough Riders Baseball field, Kathy Seei Park, etc. You will not be w/out things to do in this area.

We were welcomed by a very nice staff member and the hotel room was very clean and well kept. There was no closet but we didn’t seem to need it as they had alternative options. Would definitely stay again.

Pool was closed, apparently because the emergency phone didnt pass inspection. That was a big bummer for my two boys. The elevators are kinda sketch, sounded rough and felt rough.
Breakfast was fine..not great.
Ive machine on ground floor was broken. The light switch situation in the room was so odd...switches turning lights on across the room, bathroom wouldnt turn on until switch in main room was on and the lighting was so dim in the room...
very clean and comfy though! People at front desk were nice.

Front desk at check in wanted to charge me for the room when I already paid using a 2nd vendor site and kept asking for my credit card. I told them it was already paid. Took them 5 minutes to understand and realize I was correct. Breakfast was really not accommodating---they do not have sugar free syrup which every hotel/place has at this point so waffles could not be eaten. Other Hilton properties have this. Parking easy. Room is smaller than other Hiltons and there is not a closet in the room--not for longer stays.

It’s an economic decision to stay here- it served its purpose but I would not choose to stay here again if I had the choice. The rooms are bare very basic, but it was not a surprise. The location was great. I felt that the cost should be a bit lower for what you get.

Our stay was made perfect from start! We checked in early and a lady by the name of Mckenzie made it quick and easy. From the moment we checked in she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the area, helpful and just an all around amazing person! Will definitely be coming back to this location.
