Room was clean and nice

Close to Costco and NASA.

Great atmosphere, clean rooms, respectable staff and good service.

Easy to locate property and parking was easily available. On check-in, front lobby area was nicely layed out and decorated. Initial staff was welcoming and helpful but there was an issue with our reservation. Host stated that the computer said I had already checked-in and my room was unavailable. They had to look at the video cameras and make a bunch of phone calls and do some computer research. It took about 30-40 mins for them to figure out it was a computer glitch, and they weren't going to let us into our room until "IT" figured it out. I asked a 2nd employee to contact a supervisor to give approval for us to go to our room while they figured it out (because she was telling me she wasn't going to let us). Thankfully the supervisor on the phone gave approval and I assume everything was taken care of because nothing came of it again. The room was comfortable and clean. However, the lobby was dirty and the lobby bathrooms were disgusting. It didn't appear that anyone had even attempted to clean the lobby area since after breakfast that morning. Overall, an average stay. I would potentially give this property another chance.

You have to request room service, they aren’t the cleanest

The rooms were comfortable and the staff very friendly, but upon arrival we were given a room with a damaged refrigerator so we had to change rooms. Additionally, the breakfast is the worst, the bacon looks like fried plastic. For all the people going to breakfast they only have a toaster with two loaves of bread. There was no milk, neither hot nor cold, it really couldn't be worse. The ice machine is on the first floor, so if you need ice, you have to go down to that floor for it. Regarding the rooms, very clean and comfortable, but a bit smelly. I think the pet friendly rooms should be apart from the normal ones, since the two days we were there, we were woken up by a dog crying early in the morning.

Hotel is fine .. but it’s very small

Only thing I can complain about is the water pressure. It was very poor and during the morning hours the water temperature was inconsistent

We stayed for one night on the Fourth of July. I attempted to check in online, that was problematic. I thought it was successful, but when we arrived I had not checked in. The room was clean, but the bed was as hard as a rock. We were given a handicap room that we did not request. The following morning we had breakfast, and that was a mess. Very few options, and what was available was either out or sparse. No one was monitoring the breakfast scene and it was completely unorganized. Unfortunately this was just not a pleasant stay and we will not be returning to this hotel. There are other less expensive hotels in the area that are much nicer.

We loved the games in the lobby. Traveling with the family and it was great having a fun place to get together.

I think the room was good for my family of 5 we wasn’t over crowded but my children are under 12 and don’t mind sharing. Now I had to go to front desk because the mobile card wasn’t loading in the app the new guy is nice very helpful I like thee entrance is welcoming and active for kids my only two issues is one the bathroom he really bad rust and depre on the shower and dirty inside at the bottom they was a wet hair on the ac unit but my family cleans before we unpack there was your normal wear an tear on the walls marks here and there but nothing major to impact the room but the cleaning needs to be up !!! My other issue is not a hotel issue I don’t think but I was on floor 3 and could hear the person above us every time they walked not your normal walk but purse heavy to the foot With all I would stay here again just request updated room or extra cleaning

Very nice and clean. Breakfast was good as well, although the toaster didn’t work and they needed to be reminded to refill

the Manager at this was very quietly unhelpful. She did not offer any solution to the issue rather than "I am sorry" statement. Not very helpful at all. The unspoken attitude was very unsettling.

Only real complaint I have is the pillows are terrible. Very flat and over used.

We were in the League City area for my son's baseball tournament and stayed here. It was fine and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, but it's not outstanding (but it's also not trying to be). I will say though that it was very clean (kudos for not having carpet!), it was in great condition, and it was well located.
