The property is simple but well-maintained and very clean. We liked that it’s not directly on the Vegas Strip, which made for a quieter stay, yet it’s still conveniently close. The all-day coffee in the lobby was a great perk, and the breakfast, while basic, was a convenient option for a quick start to the day. Barbara at the front desk was especially friendly and made us feel welcome.

This is a decent but very basic property. Everything worked fine. It was clean. Breakfast was okay but very basic.
Note 1: Air conditioning is one of those noisy units contained within the room, not central A/C. Yes, it blows cold air, but quite noisy.
Note 2: they advertise airport shuttle service but be aware that for return trips back to the airport they only go one time per hour.

Rooms were well planned and comfortable. Too many facilities not working with only one elevator working, shared with cleaners and delivery which meant waiting too long. Breakfast coffee was poor quality, the waffle machine wasn’t working. No coffee or tea facilities in the room.
