Clean friendly staff

The hotel was clean and all the employees were helpful Last time we stayed here the pancake machine was broken and it still isn't working. The internet was very slow. Couldnt watch tv without it buffering...going in and out

Our room was great! The restrooms in the lobby were dirty. Breakfast could have been better. Pancake machine wasn’t working. Front desk worker was nice and polite.

Trash full , dirty carpet and smelly drains in bathroom. 3rd time staying and it has declined a bit.

I appreciated that the hotel was right by the baseball stadium which is why I chose it. But upon check-in I was surprised at my irrelevance to the host she wouldn’t even look up from her phone to check me in, and the same for the host upon check out. As if I was of no importance to their social media time. The hotel was very clean and free coffee all day is always great. But as I entered room it smelled like someone had just thrown up or used toilet, this happened every time I entered room but thankful that I got use to smell after about 10 seconds. There as a drainage in middle of bathroom that would make gurgling sounds every time some other room flushed the toilet, I was actually kind of shocked by that. The beds were clean but the mattress was grooved out from the many precociously sleeping guest but that is to be expected at many hotels. Last complaint was the “live tv” all the guide were wrong about what was on… I have no idea how that is possible but that was the case. The room had plenty of USB outlets which was awesome. Again the hotel was very nice and clean just the room and hostesses were surprisingly a let down

Everything was great only thing Restroom shower didn’t Seem clean but everything else was fine bed was very comfortable!

I liked that the staff was friendly and check in was easy. However, the sheets/blankets and towels were stained (red with what looked like blood, and yellow with I dont know what...) Also the pancake machine was broken and so was the juice/water machine

The pancake machine was broke a couple of weeks ago on my last stay still broke this stay pool was ridiculously nasty and was the reason I picked this here so family could swim

Decent, clean no frills property, but the bed was comfy.

It wasn’t unpleasant experience choosing that hotel. I thought I was getting the best hotel possible but after arriving, the lady told me that pool was out of service because they couldn’t keep it clear it was green and that room was warm the whole time we were there and the toilet then flush well

The parking lot was packed at night from the bar that’s across from it . We had no where to park we had to drive around for awhile till someone came out of the bar. Very inconvenient. By that time it was almost 1 hour of waiting and it was late! Past midnight. Very unsafe wi th drunk people walking by or coming in to the lobby to use the restroom not cool at all! Friday and Saturday the copes showed up outside in the parking area due to fights that were happening cause of the bar fights . And we all had kids all baseball players . Not safe I felt very stressed and un easy . I wish I knew this and I could have cancelled and gone else where. Also They only had one ice machine for the whole hotel and it was hard to get ice it was always out! Also the elevator took forever to go up and down to stop at every floor was also very upsetting to have to wait for it every time we needed to go up or down. It was a whole baseball team that stayed there and Im sure none of us Will stay here again!

Pool was green, faucets were clogged, waffle machine broken.

I alwways stay at Tru so was disappointed. Started with the coffee machines having cold coffee in them. The hot water for the tea taste like dirt water. The parking lot was littered with alcohol bottles. Then for breakfast the pancake machine was broken which is the only thing my son will eat. There were no eggs or sausage in the container. There was a room that was super loud both nights until 4am. Staff finally said something on the 2nd night at 4am. So I couldn't sleep. Sleep was interrupted with housekeeping knocking at 9am to see if I'm leaving when checkout is at 12. So that ruined the sleep. They get a star for the room being clean.

Very friendly staff, greeted at check in! Was disappointed only that the pool was not open and the pancake machine was down at breakfast! But other than that, thw room was clean and spacious! However, we did have to move rooms at midnigjt because our AC was not working, we moved to thw room across the hall and got a good nights sleep, in a cooled room, in a comfy bed! We will definitely stay at Tru again!
