I really enjoyed the ease of check in especially being with my children, it took no time at all and the staff helping me was so friendly. Only drawback that I didn't see coming was having to pay for parking that caught me by surprise since it wasn't a Downtown location. But even that wasn't that big of a deal. I would definitely recommend this place for family and friends to stay.

The hotel was fine. I was dissappointed that they charged $10 for parking. This is a very basic hotel, and it didn't seem to be in a majorly trafficked area.

The property and staff were great! It’s close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The beds were very firm and there was a charge for parking we felt prevented us from giving an excellent rating, but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Terrible stay, glass broke in the bathroom randomly and I was told by the manager that the building shakes sometimes and that could do it, then they tried charging me for the glass. Horrible staff and greedy manager.

Falta mucha limpieza en las áreas comunes, no limpian la piscina ni su alrededor, colillas de cigarrillo desde el primer día que me hospedé hasta mi salida seguían en el mismo lugar. Cuando recibí la habitación la limpieza estaba mediocre, había suciedad en el piso, solicité sábanas y toallas porque no las cambian, el desayuno estuvo bien y el personal del mostrador es atento.

It was clean and cool, but for the price there wasnt a coffee machine or a microwave in the room. The room didn't have an iron but as soon as i asked for one the staff got it to me. Some one damaged the iron. So kuddos o. The desk guy.

Location helped make our decision to stay here.
On a Friday morning, breakfast was scarce, not much of anything and that was around 8 AM.
Saturday morning breakfast was really good and lot of choices.
