It was an amazing stay. I appreciated the spacious lobby. I traveled with my young adult children and it was great that this location had a pool table and board games.

I forgot my shower cap and body lotion, would have appreciated a small sample.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel… The rooms were very clean, good space, and the lobby and colors were fun as I had my teen with me. Appreciated the coffee and “market” items.
Two things that needed improvement were how thin the towels were-they seemed of very low quality; and the eggs and pancakes needed help big time-would love to have seen the ingredients list for these items. More fruit needed as well. The coffee (Lavaza!) filled me up, so I was good for the morning. The beds and sheets were super, too! Overall, really great place to stay!

The Black Out curtains were taken down. Room above us had kids running back and forth and was very noisy. We were unable to rest well. Staff was nice. Room was clean.

I was disappointed with Hilton. The place is modern but lacked good old fashioned amenities/customer service. The site mentioned a bar and restaurant, which was why I chose this place. When I asked the clerk about it, he said there was no such thing. We got to our room on the 2nd floor (I requested a 1st floor but clerk said none were available. Really? On a Tuesday?) We immediately noticed there wasn’t a coffee pot. Upon further inspection, the microwave was missing the plate. The chain to the blinds looked like something was wrong with it but I managed to close it but once I tried to open it, the chain broke. As we left the hotel for dinner, was wanted to report the issues but the clerk was no where around. After waiting 10-15 minutes I decided to just leave a note. As we got in our car, the clerk appeared from around the hotel building where we previously saw employees smoking. The only reason he came back was because new guests had arrived. My husband went back in to show the clerk the note. When we returned from dinner the clerk handed me the microwave plate and said the didn’t take it to the room because he forgot what room number. (It was written on the note). We will not be returning to any Hilton in the future.
