Really liked the hotel , room very small but I was just sleeping in it. Stayed one night for a concert at the Thunderbird Cafe and Music Hall and it only took 3 minutes to walk to the venue so it’s a great location if your going there… very cool vibe to the place . Only suggestion is small in room fridge would be nice . Other than that no complaints

Room was nice but garbage truck arrived at 4:45 thought it was in our room, playing radio as loud as could be , therefore would not stay here again.

I liked this property but my room was on the side of the building facing 40th street with semis and motorcycles passing by around the clock. Felt the room was perfectly soundproof for the interior but if you're a light sleeper request a room that does not face 40th. Bed was super comfortable but disappointed that the room had not been swept/vacuumed and the body wash was empty. Just little ways to improve.

I had higher expectations for the hotel. Overall, the facilities are good. The front desk staff could be more friendly and welcoming to guests. My room needed to be cleaned better, and the shower needed to be cleaned better. The body soap was empty and wasn't replaced. The parking fee is high considering it's a small area, and the price isn't justified. These are details and aspects that make the difference in the customer experience.

Hostility towards us by hotel staff accusing us for water leaking in bottom floor. Plus window curtains did not closed all the way.

The room and bathroom were dirty, including the bedding, floor, (our shoes stuck to the floor), shower (had silverfish), bathroom walls, side tables, coffee pot, nothing was dusted. It was terrible. Everyone was so nice, so it was definitely just the condition of the room. There were no rooms available to accommodate us so we could not move to another. We slept in our clothes. My bill was $600.00!

My second time staying here- cool place but there seemed to be confusion regarding cleaning the room; there weren’t signs saying they only change towels if you leave them on the floor or that they don’t come in and make the beds. After two nights, we needed some new towels and had no soap, and when I asked for those, I was asked if I had requested for a room clean…? Also the rooms that have adjoining doors seem louder; we kept hearing next door’s tv or phone conversations at very annoying times, and we eventually realized it was that door. AC is hard to understand so we alternated freezing and feeling swampy- nothing some printed instructions wouldn’t help with. These are all minor compared to the charm of the staff and the building itself, not to mention Lawrenceville itself.

The property is in a great place for dining and easy access to the children’s hospital. We did not like that there weren’t mini fridges in the room, we were there 4 nights and housekeeping only came once bc we asked for towels (but they only did towels and made the bed, no new coffee), the front desk put food in the fridge for us because we didn’t realize there wasn’t one in the room, but they lost it. The coffee shop was not open/ready at 7, and the bar hours aren’t clear. But the place was clean overall and pretty.

Very nice and relatively new hotel close to the hospital we needed to be at before 7:00 AM the next morning. Valet parking was nice and front desk checked us in quickly. Room was very nice and very clean. My only real complaint is at the bed was too close to the far wall and made it hard to get in and out of bed. Great day other than that!

We liked the rooftop bar however only 2 bartenders who were extremely busy, took long time to get drinks. Bar was also out of some key ingredients to make a 2 drinks we requested. The atmosphere was fabulous! The room was alright. Barn door to bathroom would not close (about a 6 inch gap), no mini refrigerator which was disappointing because we had some leftovers from dinner.

The parking system is basically a joke. Charge someone $30 to park their car 5 feet away from the door. I was traveling with a toddler and not one bit of an offer to help. No luggage carts seen. We stayed in a micro room which was fine but the bed had parts of the rail sticking out. Dangerous to walk by or if you happened to fall out of bed. The charge for breakfast was absurd considering it was just me and a 3 year old. A free continental breakfast would certainly help the ratings. It was clean. Desk personnel were friendly. Valets were friendly but I was torn as to whether or not tip since I was already paying $30 a day. Not a bad experience at all but I will probably never stay there again.

Hotel was nice but very noisy from neighbouring rooms as well a trash can removal almost daily. Bar was never staffed but reception would come if requested. When it gets windy you lose tv signal in the room

Neat hotel in an old school building. Great neighborhood! Staff were attentive and helpful but we had some issues with the plumbing and drainage in the room. Despite that, I would stay here again.

Clean and looks new. There's a hidden cost of valet parking, but probably the best parking option. The rooftop bar was a plus.
