What Guests Say About Their Stay

Our first glamping experience and we loved it. The tents were great as well as the staff was very attentive. My only suggestion would be to have body / hand lotion in the tents. The air is so dry in Moab and we all suffered from dry skin. Most hotels have lotion and we expected to find lotion in our tent just like we found body & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. The earplugs provided came into use at night when it was really windy and the tents would rattle loudly.

We stayed there two nights and had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The tent and bathrooms were clean, and they had a lot of amenities to make the stay convenient and fun. Our only complaints were the turn into and out the property could be a little sketchy because there are no turn lanes on the highway, and it was pretty windy the weekend we were there so the noise from the tent flapping in the wind would wake us up.

A veryy cool concept. Was windy and unexpectedly cold during our stay, but the bed was very warm and the in-tent fireplace kept things comfy. Staff was great. There were more amenities than expected, with a charger for electronics, coffee, tea, games, and hot chocolate in the main tent, as well as activities. Wish there was a clear closure for the tent so you didn't have to have the warmth to stargaze, but overall a cool experience. Would do again, hopefully better dressed for the weather

Thought the staff and service were excellent. A couple comments on the facilities would be that some things needed maintenance. The one shower was spaying water out of the hand held hose and out of four bbq's only one worked. There were a few frying pans for cooking, one stainless and two or three teflon - the teflon should be replaced as they were beyond scratched and ingesting that is not very healthy. Under Canvas was a great stay overall!

This unconventional property is the perfect way to experience the outdoors! We loved our stay. There were so many small details that made the stay perfect. Beds and bedding were lovely, everything was clean and well kept. The outside communal space was well constructed and inviting. We wished we could stay longer. We will be back!

Close to main highway. Also it would be nice to have electricity in tent specifically when it is cold and wood fire furnace doesn’t really help.

This was an interesting experience. The stargazing was excellent! We got lucky with great weather in mid-March but I would not stay at this resort in hot or cold weather. We had a family tent plus a kids tent, but the kids tent did not have a woodstove or a bathroom. If you love the idea of camping, but do not have access to that experience this may be for you. For our family, who has camped often it was extremely overpriced to stay in a nice platform tent. The pull chain shower pushed the limits for my eco friendliness. For the price they’re charging there should be more amenities, live music, etc.

Excellent customer service and a fun break from the norm. Beds were comfy and, even though our fire went out, we stayed nice and warm under the covers. My only complaint was the location - it was so close to the highway that there was a lot of road noise that ruined the peace and tranquility of the place.

Such a unique experience for us couple. My wife has been wanting something like this but don’t want the “real camping”. We opted the private bath (includes and shower and toilet). So that we did this! With me waking up at 2am or early morning don’t want to be walking out in the dark and cold! Staff was awesome! The have golf cart to help with your luggage. Their reception area was so welcoming … they Have free coffee, tea.. and s!mores (nice touch!). Barbeque. Fire pit at night! Love it! The fireplace was a cool experience! Watching sunrise while outside sitting outside tent was so unique. Definitely doing this again! Cons: It’s close to the highway so noise is noticeable at night. If you are a light sleeper it can bother you. They do provide ear plugs which help some for me. It is convenient to the arches national park but going back to the place at night it’s hard and seem dangerous. No obvious sign whatsoever where to turn at 65 mile/hour highway… one lane it is inconvenient for other drivers in the highway because you really have to slow down to 50 to be able to catch the turn! Should place a light of some sort to help us know early where the turn is. Obviously if there is still light it’s ok.
