Unity Hotel - No Parking & Rooms Are Upstairs

Checking is always fast here and the rooms are spacious

Front desk was disrespectful and rude.

It was a nice facility with cameras and in an okay part of Long Beach. The bus and train are very close. Staff helpful.

The room was dirty and the tv wasn’t working and we had to go grab the toilet paper from the check in desk

I need to review this to the stuff especially the woman’s so rude

The worst. Never got to stay causenthe lady is a bitdh. I pressed charges against them ans will be move forward legally. Dont stay here if u do destroy it

I was not given the night stay the manager said my name was not on the payment.they refused my stay

Check out was at 10:30 at 10:12 the lady in the front was already knocking at our door telling me it’s time to check out. So we are packing and my bf puts all our stuff by the door and is about to go and return the remote and the key and then he will come back to grab our stuff and she comes knocking at the door again saying it’s time to check out its now 10:30. My bf then goes to return the remote and key and she ends up coming to the room & says I need to check the room with an attitude the entire time she has been rude even when I first checked in. I told her theirs no need to be rude I wasn’t doing anything for her to be rude from start to finish and for her to antagonize us like we don’t know the check out is 10:30. My leg is kind of messed up so that why I couldn’t really help my bf with everything and the units where up stairs so it already was a struggle. Overall the service wasn’t to my liking especially because I don’t go out my way to be rude to others.

If you want to get yelled at by an angry Indian lady while dodging roaches and begging for toilet paper, this is the place for you.

The rooms were dirty very outdated . Roaches crawling all around the beds,fridge,and counters . Toilet was dirty and blankets had blood stains

the place doesn’t have any parking spots for guests. All the rooms are on the 2nd fl and so the metal gate entrance that leads you upstairs was hard to distinguish. signage of the unity hotel was barely even noticeable. After I checked in I took a shower. I was cool that it wasn’t the most beautiful shower ever, but the brown towels set that were available all left bits of lint and fuzzies all over my hair, face, crack/crevices of mybody. I ended up having to shower again to remove the clumps of brown lint from my body. I went to let the desk lady know and she refused to trade them for usable ones. Instead she tells me to come tomorrow morning from 11-12 to get new ones. However, Check out time is 10:30am. I felt insulted. Also, you cannot have any guests visit or else be subjected to being removed from your rooom/property. So having 2 friends over for lunch wasn’t allowed but screaming voices and violent activities from neighbors room wasn’t frowned upon or addressed. Room also smelled stuffy and no window screens—allowing mosquitos and other flying insects bite you.
