Super easy check in/out and the bed was extremely comfortable

Safe and sound

This place is amazing. It has laundry so you can wash your clothes but you have to bring your own detergent. There is a change machine in the laundry room as well. The parking was great just make sure you pay ahead for parking cause the do fill up and run outta spots. The front desk was helpful and amazing. Can’t wait to stay here next time.

Made exploring Hillcrest/San Diego SO convenient

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was a tiny closet, but no hangers to hang your clothes. We had a large table/counter which I appreciated. The room had a view to the freeway. we had to play with the AC to get the temperature just right and the fan from the AC muffled the noise from the freeway. We were able to catch a bus across the street from the hotel that took us to old town for just $2.50 per person. The hotel is in a nice location with shopping and restaurants close by

I loved this place for our trip but our AC stopped working and it was during the hottest day! They didn’t switch us rooms but only gave us a fan. Up to that point everything was good.

It was a very comfortable place. The noise did not bother me. There are places to get food close by. Considering the warning of it's limited Service and freeway noise in the email, it's a fairly good place to stay.

Super easy check in! There is a gate, and you must use your keycard to get in past a certain time. I like this sort of security. Room is clean and looks to have a newly renovated bathroom.

Very friendly staff. Close to Whole Foods and the zoo. Very walkable. Held my luggage after I checked out so I could still explore. Would stay again for sure.

Only Hotel was clean

It is my second time staying here due to hospital stay. It is super convenient. Only thing that bothered me the most is the freeway noise therefore If you’re a light sleeper do not get the freeway noise room. Other than that this is great.

First and foremost, be aware that this is an apartment building from floors 5 and below, and operates as a hotel on floors 6 and 7. There is construction going on and it is close to the freeway, but they provide earplugs for their guests. Honestly, it was a warm weekend and with the window A/C on, we couldn’t hear anything from the outside. There is gated assigned parking on the property for a daily fee, which is imperative as it is hard to find spaces on the street. There are no maids. Your room is up to you to clean, but you can put your trash out and they will empty it for you and the front desk will give more towels, if needed. The elevator is a little rickety, but fast. There was always someone in the hallways cleaning. They really took pride in making sure those were clean and it was obvious they cleaned and sanitized very well after the last guests. The mattresses and pillows are firm, but the comforters were very comfy. The room has a Smart TV and you can sign into all streaming services. There is a small fridge, but no microwave in the room. These are the only amenities. We booked two rooms. We had a couple inconveniences while staying. The single room was on the 6th floor and there was a pipe issue. The sink was overflowing and our guest had to not be in the room for awhile while they cleaned up. Our last night there, the fire alarm went off at 3:00 AM because someone in the building set it off, which was exhausting. They did extend our checkout time to noon.

There was no one there at all at reception in the morning at 6:30 I got locked out a couple of other customers were locked out of their room sleeping on couch and let me back in I almost was late for a race that I paid to be apart of

The front desk was beyond amazing with their recommendations and overall friendliness! The area is so walkable and as a woman who was solo traveling, it was enjoyable. I'm knocking a star away due to the noise - I did pay extra to ensure I wouldn't deal with high volume noise and I still endured it too early in the morning that it was waking me up in the mornings unfortunately. This is a good place to be if you are not planning to stay all day in the room and a good short trip!
