My stay here was wonderful.
Unfortunately it was raining in Nashville, so the location wasn't as ideal because even though its central to a lot of things, when raining, it wasn't as walkable as I would have liked (would have been fine in the sun)
We didn't get to enjoy the rooftop or pool due to rain, but I'll come back
The room/bathroom situation was interesting (you basically walk right into the bathroom staging area... but I liked it,
The mirror lighting was a nice touch.
Room was a touch small but pretty normal for hotel rooms (nothing extra big or extra small)
The downstairs area was nice to hang out in and the cafe/eating area was great and food was reasonably priced
Had a few cute spots to take pics

I stayed there with my 17-year-old son and we loved it. Everybody was very welcoming and the environment had a very cool vibe. They had mellow live music every night. It was a good location and I would definitely return.

Loved how pet friendly it was! They have a room divider so you can make a smaller space for your pet and that definitely made things easier with a puppy! The staff was super friendly and met you with smiles every day! There was a barista in the lobby making wonderful coffees however the wait line was sometimes long because she there was only one person behind the counter making the coffee and taking payment. Still I appreciated the good coffee. We did eat breakfast there and I thought it was really good! Also rooftop lunch which was also good. The pool on the roof was also nice. The only issue I had was with housekeeping. For some unknown reason they did not come to our room twice. Never had that happen before. They apologized and send fresh towels but still our trash and wet towels piled up- not cool.

The hotel is very nice and the staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating. The pool area is gorgeous. Our room was clean and inviting. Close enough to walk to so many things! We had the best time!

I loved the Virgin Hotels… when I say wow from the valet to the accommodations up to my room was amazing. Jackson was awesome and was a go to expert when we extended our reservation because we just loved the comforts and hospitality. Kita has some fabulous recommendations when it came to brunch steak and eggs never tasted so delicious. This my definite stay every time my wife and I visit Nashville.

Great property and staff. Loved the vibe and energy of the bar/restaurant/lounge area. Love the location when it comes to Lower Broadway. Easy to walk to, but not too close that it’s chaotic.
