Washington Heights Apartments

Beds where very comfortable, but hot water will run out right away had to take cold showers, loud music every night.

The shower head fell off and shower rail. Cold was coming in as some windows did not shut properly. Didn't like anything about the property as it is not in a nice area. Near the Bronx and Harlem? Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Expedia should review this!!

The apartment was nice, it wasn’t the nicest, but it was nice. I was a little disappointed that there were 4 sauce pans but no strainer or frying pan, however I can get over that. The part that made me not give this place a higher rating is the leaking bathroom. Our last night there, the bathroom light filled with brown, rusty water and began to pour everywhere. It destroyed some basic things we brought and made a complete mess everywhere. Then, the light no longer worked, and there was a giant brown spot and a pointed area in the ceiling. I called them to try and see if they could help us out because none of us knew how to handle this light situation. However, the supervisor wasn’t in town so they could not come down, rather they told us to go upstairs and see if they were pouring water on the floor. It was an okay stay, but I will not be going back.

The place was very nice and clean. However, the rooms were small with only room for the beds. We had a party of six and there were four double beds so we ended up using one bed just for suitcases. Location was close to the metro station so that was a nice benefit. Hot water in the shower was sporadic!
