The pictures of this place are more than 5 years old. It's all lies. Doors open and you're greeted with marijuana odor. One elevator is completely broken down the other one barely works. It gets hung up on the 2nd floor. The front desk person has to go up the stairs and ride the elevator down from the second floor. They had to do that three times on my first day here. And when going UP, The brakes vibrate for the last 6 seconds and it's very scary. The first room that put me in had a broken, loud AC unit and the room was 85.3 degrees. After bickering back and forth, they finally moved me to a better room. I simply asked for grab bars in the bathroom and a cold room. I got no grab bars in 2nd room. Stains on sheets, bottom sheet/mattress cover has lots of slices in it. The carpeted area has a LOT of different elevations. The hallways are HOT and the Ice machine, omg. It's terrible. More Pictures are coming. Oh and the "Business Center" no longer exists. It is now the owner's spa. Pool is "available" when the front desk opens it for you. But don't expect extra towels. They don't give extra towels. And the hot tub was "broken". There's a Red Tag from Houston Fire Department on the main entry doors. Something about the sprinkler system. And the other doors don't work with the key cards. Only the main entry. Just don't.

Better owners

I booked two nights at this property and left after the first night. It was extremely dirty- the couch, the bed, the carpets, the hallways, etc. I attempted to get a refund from the hotel for the second night and they did not give it to me. Do not stay here. The pool was also not working which I was not informed of before and the TV didn't work. I asked for them to come help me with it or fix it and they said there was only one person working so they could not leave the desk all night.

When you get there the lobby seems pretty nice it looks like it would be nice. Our floor was level 2 when I tell you that as soon as I stepped out into the hallway it smelled of BO and it was warm and humid. Then when I opened the door to our room it smelled of strong cleaning supplies and PEE. It smelled so bad.the floor was ripped. The walls were dirty and I checked the bed and lifted the sheets and there was a huge pee stain on the mattress. I immediately wanted a refund and she kept 50$ bc they would loose money going through a third party already. So horrible

It had smell in hallway an room please don't sit on sofa it was dirty an look like people had sex on it .out TV didn't work call down stairs an guy was rude very unprofessional an they wouldn't get us another room.I want ever go back here

The property is in dire need of a revamp! Also litter everywhere.

This is an old hotel one of the elevators was out the room reeked of raid and smelled of cheap cleaner.

Rome smelled like old wet carpet. Towels was dirty, they had hair in them. Bed was itchy.

Mad sketchy, good customer service tho, the elevator sounds like it's at the end of it's life pretty soon, the stairs smell like a mix of marijuana cigarettes and pee, the rooms were good tho toilets are a bit small and room service is mad expensive, the pool was unavailable

The pool has no water, the elevator is broke, can't use side entrance.

Overall is was pleased with the stay, great value for money. Cleanliness of the community areas ( elevators, hallways) needs better focus. Spent 4 nights in the hotel and a can of Dr Pepper was there everyday in the sole working elevator. Uhm….. cleaning staff?

Pool was closed. Only one elevator working and the elevator was noisy.

The pool and jacuzzi were closed. This fact should have been on hotels.com I would NOT have stayed here knowing that.

The staff was good, especially the guy I checked in with was great! The hotel room is good, super comfy, and spacious. But the bed was shaking by itself while your trying to sleep and sounded like people were talking inside the room with you. No thank you room 404.
