The General Manager, Dylan contacted before arriving. I had 10 rooms reserved for my group. She asked me to submit my room list in advance and when I arrived my room keys were already. It was such an easy check-in. Dylan was very welcoming and made sure our check-in was smooth! Rooms very clean, great pool and plenty of parking! My group was impressed!

I live in the area but rented this property because I wanted a place to take my granddaughter swimming and be able to sit in the hot tub both were fantastic the pool was nice and warm which is very important in our area overall just everything is great

The cleanliness could have been better. Hair from previous people in the sink and tub. Trail of ants by the baseboard of the wall. Checked out a day early and because I booked through Expedia (a third party). I wasn’t able to receive a refund for that day

Room was clean and beds were comfy. My room was right across from the elevators and I didn’t hear anything. Never heard the planes for being right next to the airport. Hot Breakfast was just ok — better than continental and fair for cost of rooms. Lots of options and I felt like I ate plenty but didn’t enjoy any of it. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff and housekeeping were joyful.

Heating and air unit wasn’t working properly very loud did not cool the room. Extremely loud people above us kept us away kept the night very rude and disrespectful. Elevator broke second day after we moved rooms because the first room was crap. Now we have to walk three flights of stairs after a hip surgery not happy

The concierge and staff were rude rolling eyes huffing and puffing and rushing us out of the room seeing our bags by the door as we were checking out. Loved the hotel itself and as someone who’s worked in a 5 star AAA 4 diamond hotel, the rooms were impeccable no dust, dots or debris. Just not a hospital staff

Our room was not clean and an issue with the bathroom light and fan not turning off. But the night staff was great and changed our room.
