Pet accommodations were excellent. Gave us a room with easy access to the fenced in dog park area. Dogs on leashes are welcome anywhere on the property.

When I visit Charlotte I always stay at Wingate because the hotel is awesome from cleanliness to their amazing breakfast. I've never had a bad experience here....ever! Thank you to the team at the front to all those in housekeeping. Just know that you are 5 stars and more!

Easy check in and check out. The property is well maintained and clean. We were surprised how quiet and comfortable our stay was despite being so close to a major highway. We will stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable. Our bathroom had a broken sink. The ice machines weren’t working on our floor. Overall the stay was pleasant but they could do some repair work.

Only was able to locate one ice machine that was operational.
No maintenance staff on duty during a busy event weekend with a "sold out" hotel. Had to unclog my own toilet and figure out how to get it to work without clogging through the weekend.
Breakfast was mediocre for continental breakfast.
