Really nice and clean room, bathrooms were all clean as well, only concern is the area, its pretty sketchy when its dark out but overall would will back

obviously this property isn't located in the best part of town, but despite that we had a great stay. the staff is amazing and so helpful. the room was great. the bed was small but doable for two people. we felt safe in our hotel. at night it does get loud and rowdy but as long as you keep your wits abkjt you it's fine. everyone was honestly very nice to us. we were two female travelers.

The property in itself was super clean and located geographically in a great spot, it’s also right above a restaurant open 24/7. The bathrooms were clean and never busy. The area itself has a lot of homeless people, which is not the hotel’s fault, but they mind their own business, just don’t engage.

It was the cheapest we can find for a week and at such a late notice. It isn’t in the great part of the city but for a location it is in a great area convenience wise. The hotel was clean and friendly. It is a shared bathroom and shower area so you only have the privacy of your room. but overall not too bad. Might try again if I ever end up in the area again. Thank you!

Some of the staff were nice and friendly, though I felt like it was a bit of a rip off that you had to pay a fee to drop off luggage, and they said they only took cash. At first they said their card machine wasn’t working, but was a couple days later.
The area around the hotel is not ideal to stay in. Lots of homeless, and drug users (had a couple of them threaten me) while I was walking around. Hotel condition was okay.
I’d only recommend it for solo travellers, but be very VERY self aware in the area. Not to mention lots of crap, and stuff on the ground too.

I didn't like a thing about this hotel. There is no heat in the room. If, you show up late to check in you won't be allowed in the front door. Don't even ask them for help. It's not going to happen. The elevator doesn't work from street level to the reception area. So, you have to crawl up a flight of stairs with your luggage. Don't hope for help from the staff. Most of the rooms do not have a private bathroom. Bathrooms are down the hall. The tv does not work and there isn't a remote control to use it. Very small shower stall with hardly room to turn around in.

I made the reservation on line and paid but when I got there they demanded my credit cards and an additional 250 dollars and a physical credit card I only had Apple Pay so they didn’t accept it and I didn’t get my room now I am stuck in San Francisco with no room because I wasn’t able to get my reservation for not having something I didn’t have I wish I would of known I would of rented from another hotel

for an older hotel, I have to say they really fix stuff up here and gave it a nice remodel. The old hotel was very rundown and felt unsafe, BUT THIS TIME IT FELT PRETTY NICE OVERALL.
Nice front check in staff, The hotel room had a nice bed, Cable, TV and Internet. Very basic accommodations.
The surrounding area of the hotel is not the best and yes, there are homeless people there, But I never had a problem day or night coming and going from the hotel. you do get a lot of noise from the streets I would bring earplugsI would stay there again

If you want something cheap and is not looking for anything fancy, then this hotel is for you. Just be prepared with the people around the area especially at night. This was just not it for me as im traveling alone.

A very clean, nice, basic shower-down-the-hall hotel. If it were in any other neighborhood, I would give it five stars. Unfortunately, it is fentanyl central after dark.
