WoodSpring Suites Concord-Charlotte Speedway

Arrived at the Woodsprings Extended Stay for the races. Picked the room for full size fridge and stovetop. No dishes, pots or pans came with room. Had issues with the AC all days and nights of stay. It was 84° with the Air on High. Reported the issues to Management-Brandon & Tasha. There was No empathy or reconciliation to correct the issue. Requested extra towels and washcloths, which was met with attitude and resistance. Basically Management Brandon was consistently rude, snapping & unprofessional. Would Not recommend this establishment to others. Horrible Stay!!!!

Pot smoking in parking lot in vehicles, dog urine smells in stairwells and on carpets in hallways.

Could not sleep in bed. sweetened mattress smelled bad. 4 day’s sleep in a chair. The parking lot smells pod. Inside the elevator smells pods What a nightmare horrible .

Horrible experience. There is a metal box frame for the bed and anytime I’d roll over it would make a super loud noise waking the whole family all night. The room was poorly stocked. No hair dryer, no utensils, one place setting. It was sooo bad we checked out 4 days early. And then getting ahold of manager was hard bc the front desk guy was rude and a dick. So was another person on the switchboard in TX which is where your call goes after hours. The only person of any worth was Tasha at the front desk. I hope she leaves and works for a better place because she is well above that $hithole.

Basic room, no soap, no hair products. Hair in the tub/shower. Good for traveling with pets.

Our room had a weird smell to it and there was mold in the bathroom. We had very noise neighbors upstairs that kept us up in the middle of the night.

I was a late check in and I had to call the on staff person several times before they answered. The kiosk should alert someone instead of the person having to use the phone to get in contact. The floor was very sticky by the kiosk and door. My room was very clean it just smelled like curry food as either someone on the hall was cooking or the last person in the room did. I wish there were more pillows 2 pillows in the room for 2 people is very uncomfortable. The bed mad weird noises when get in it because of its base. The water was barely warm in the shower. The location is close to the mall and easy to find.

Bed sucked and linens didn’t appear very clean. Loud music and weed smell until early morning hours. No staff onsite that I saw

I guess I got my hotel information confused, I was thinking that continental breakfast would be served. I thought the lobby was larger. The room was clean, but it was not on level I thought, the walls was very thin, there was no Iron or coffee pot, and no tissue. I guess this hotel was mostly for long term stay because it had a range. Nice size tv but the furniture was very cheap. If you are looking for a long term stay at a good price this hotel would be a good choice.

Nice clean and pet friendly

Worst experience in yesrs. First room assigned had no bed linen and a pile of wet towels on the floor. Second room assigned had only one bed and I asked for two. Third room was below children running all night. Elevator was full of dog hair and smelled of a cigar. I signed a form agreeing not to have a pet and my room & was across a room with a German shepherd named Princess who had a loud bark. Front desk closed at 7 PM and was not open when I left at 830 AM. Turned off noisy fridge in 312 What a dump !

Roaches everyday we would there

I usually don’t complain, but I would stay far far away from this motel. It was horrible. I’m pretty sure it’s a drug motel for the locals!

I regret that i wasted my time and money booking a stay here. There was no one actually there to check us in and next morning when i left the front desk person told me they did they didn't complete ithe check in. So later as we were in bed i received an email mentioning that "Amber Swadling, General Manager" had canceled the reservation. As we entered the lobby it smelled like marijuana even on the floor we stayed. Our room had filthy floors and there were roaches on the walls. The bathroom fan was clogged with inches of dust. We also kept getting calls and visits(the guy smelled like marijuana) from the front desk about making loud noises but we weren't even up. Whats crazy is someone would call us but we could never get anyone to answer when we called. I was so discussed with everything we ended our stay Saturday morning. There was no one there to assist us and when i was able to get a person on to answer the front desk phone the guy who was there Saturday morning asked me what my issue was and that what ever it is he wasn't going to help me anyway. So I left my cards at the vacant front desk and left. This was by far the WORST experience i have ever had renting a hotel room. I will NEVER stay at this place again. NEVER! i still waiting for a refund for my second day since I ended the stay on Saturday November 23rd 2024. I have photos!

the kiosk to check in took a very long time. the floors in the room where sticky and made our feet black. have to bring towels down to front desk to change out no one was at the desk to check out
