Good parking well lit. Bad; cockroaches, mold on ceiling, dirty floors, flooring gaps filled with debris and hall carpets as well, cooktop dirty, fridge dirty, drawers and cupboards dirty, broken window blinds, broken outlet coverplates, broken shower drain plug. TV would not power on, internet needed assistance from web tech to join turns out hotel staff misspelled my name.for access, will not stay here again.

Facility is not very clean, room 425 has a shower curtain rod that is ripping out of the wall. The TV was on when I entered the room making me believe that someone had been staying in the room not long before I was there.

The check in process took longer than expected. The elevator was inoperable at times. To a point I thought me and the kids were about to be stuck inside. Hallways smell like pets and drugs. The room had roaches. And definitely didnt like the fact I had to come downstairs for clean towels.

Very bad, this property shouldnt be allowed to be open. Cockroaches and bugs everywhere. Had to get a refund through my credit card company.

Got to room and counter tops and floor was dirty. There was a something on the wall by the bed. Tv was mostly black with 2 white spots. Went to front desk. Lady said they will fix both problems next day. Got back and neiter was fix. Went to front desk again. Different lady put a not down. Next day just had bed made and new towel. Not cleaned or tv fix. Was done after that.

TV did not work, floor was sticky, blinds were broken, no curtains, only 2 pillows on bed, door was hard to lock from the inside for safety.

It was so terrible that service stinky room we was there 20min and me and my wife left TVdoesn't work toilet doesn't work poor service I hope I can get a refund

The hotel was not clean. I chose a non-smoking room, but when I entered, it smelled strongly of smoke and weed.

The whole place smelled of marijuana…especially the elevator. There was no shower curtain. The floor was sticky. My tennis shoes stuck to the floor. The outside of the refrigerator was disgusting. The sheets did not look clean. I looked like someone slept in the bed and then just made the bed up. AND the toilet was consistently running…until my husband took the back off and fixed it. Overall horrible experience. Needless to say we left and checked in elsewhere. Any we just needed an overnight stay to go to a funeral the next morning. We are from Lubbock.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. As soon as I walked in a knew it was a mistake but the “no refund policy” really is a burden because the place is absolutely disgusting. I mistakenly booked the wrong hotel. I stayed at Comfort Suites Waco last time I can to Waco and unfortunately book this trash. Thank God I brought a blanket because the ones provided by this god forsaken hotel were paper thin and gross. I unfortunately did not bring bleach, Lysol or bug spray to this.. I think what may be a trap house. I do not remember booking a smoking room. But I think the entire hotel is… smoking something. The smell of cigarettes and weed smack you right in the face as soon as you step foot in here and the room is not any better. The shade on the window doesn’t even go down all the way! I am so very upset that I have to sleep in this disgusting place and can’t go to comfort suites because this terrible company won’t do refunds. And I see why because no one with sense would stay here once they walk in. I thought the price was good but um… the rate should be about $20 a night people. This is ridiculous. I’m scared to even leave my belongings in here. And… I smell like a cigarette and I don’t smoke!!!!!!! I am livid!!!!!

Smells like cigarettes and dirty mop water , the peep hole isn’t on door can see in room from hallway. The tv does work more than half the time. Sink is dirty. Towels smell weird

They checked me into an occupied room. Switched me to another style of room. Very uncomfortable and the door lock was broken. Asked to checkout and get refund but they refused. Ended up just leaving and going somewhere else and asking CC for a chargeback

It is majorly run down. The place was filthy and looked awful. The pictures are so inaccurate. Think twice to book this place.

Nothing unique about this hotel. No telephone in the room, I was almost freezing to death because the heater in my room is not working and I was told that thy are sold out. Nobody came in to fix the heater. I will never go back again.

Do not do not stay at this hotel if you want roaches sleeping with you bad hotel services then go right ahead but I do not recommend this hotel at all I had to buy cleaning products and disinfect everything from the bathrooms to the sink to the bed it was a horrible horrible night I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy
