Great place to stay in the heart of the seaport. Staff was very accommodating. I was supposed to get an extra Promotion from Hotels.com for Silver Status, but it didn't show up. The hotel staff went above and beyond to fix Hotels.com's error.

Vibe of hotel and staff was welcoming and extremely service oriented.
The shower in my bathroom did not work properly (rain shower) and the floor got soaked!

Very cool rooms! Very comfortable, and clean. Only thing I would say is the water pressure is not good at all, and the wifi is also very spotty. But everything else regarding location and transportation was great!

The hotel is set in a great area within walking distance to everything. Taking Ubers was easy they were there within 3 minutes or less. Wish the room was a bit bigger but I was traveling alone. I want to give a shout-out to Junior who took care of me during brunch. He was awesome and very friendly !.

Worst Hotel ever. One of the front desk manger was rude as i was trying to check in. the bartender at the bar in the lobby was racist. I asked for different drink options & he acted as if i was disturbing him. Once another (white) group came in (as i was still talking to him) he went straight to them greeted them, asking them what they would like to drink. The Valet manager was great. Rooms were tiny. I could barely move around. Horrible experience, never again.

Excellent staying, just a couple of little things we didn’t appreciate: no fridge in the room, no vendor machine in the building.
But those are totally irrelevant to my more than enthusiastic opinion.

We really enjoyed our stay in Seaport however as a family with a 3 year old, the weekend stay was a little too noisey (outdoors) to our liking. I know this isn’t anything the hotel can control so that’s why our stay was great overall.

I had a bunk bed reservation but something got messed up and they didn't have that room available. I got a roll out bed, but it was not comfortable at all to sleep on. Honestly, no big deal, but fyi, the roll out beds suck lol. The staff was great, it was very clean, and overall i would recommend.

I've stayed here before, and my check-in and check-out were smooth. Unfortunately, I had travel delays this time and arrived at 3 am. The front desk lacked courtesy. Before anything else, I got a lecture about "arriving at this hour." I was told I should have called, or they would have marked me a no-show if the property was full. So, I asked if I needed to go sleep somewhere else, and she said, no, we're not full tonight. Ok. Please spare me the lecture next time. I was also charged $699 even though my reservation cost was $335. When I asked why, "It's a business thing, I don't know how to describe it. When you check out, you'll be billed the $335." Very strange. I hope this fumbled check-in is an anomaly.

The room was very clean. No refrigerator in the room but it has a safety box. The hotel location is superb. The Courthouse Terminal is right next to and in front of it. Many nice stores and great food around. We highly recommend.
