The location of this hotel was the best part. 8 min walk to subway station, and 12 min walk to Times Square. Staff was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. My room had a great view and bed was comfortable, very clean too. Housekeeping staff and services were very friendly. The only thing negative is there is no hair dryers in the room, but that wouldn't stop me from coming back!

Awesome hotel with beautiful inside/outside bar & restaurant. Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Parking garage directly under hotel. We would stay there again.

8 min walk from Times Square. Rooms were small (expected for NY) but overall good Hotel and great location. A lot of the amenities were over exaggerated or unavailable so call ahead to confirm.

2nd time staying. Great location and staff, building needs maintenance. AC in room was 80 2 nights, too hot to sleep until they moved us to another room. Only 1 elevator and we stayed on 27th, so way too many stops coming down and a big line on the 4th floor to go up.

I really enjoyed the location of this hotel. As many of my friends live in Hells Kitchen, it was very convenient to walk around.
My experience as a whole was good, but I found the room very warm. I turned the thermostat down to 65, but the room never really cooled down to that temperature and it seemed to come on and off throughout the night. The one plus was that the window did vent open, which helped because the nights are cooler still now, but that won't be the case with summer coming.

I didn’t like how my mattress was stained with dried up blood and I reach out and they didn’t do anything for me. I didn’t like how most of the stuff was chipped and falling apart. I also didn’t like how my room wasn’t ready to be checked in the kiosk and I had to wait in a line to talk to a staff member

This properties always understaffed at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes for checkin. They have self service kiosks but they always seem to be closed. It really needs a renovation. Everything in the rooms seems very used.

Love that it had its own restaurants the outdoor area was amazing. The gym was nice especially with the pelotons there. The rooms are not soundproof. Wasn’t happy that I had to pay $100 before checking in early. definitely will wait next time :( :( :(

It was self check-in.
Customer service did not to try and accommodate. Except offer $300 room upgrade.rooms are tiny like collge dorms. With no amenities. No microwave, no ice buckets. Walked to get food. But had to eat cold leftovers. No privacy. Traffic in the hallways loud like you were outside. 2am little kids were in the hallway..
Not a private place at all.
Definitely not worth the price.
