Comfortable. I requested for a water boiler which was not available in the room but was not given

Helpful reception, daytime only 1 out of 4 spoke English but he arranged taxi for me on my request and he actually came with me when the taxi arrived and opened & held the door of the car for me.

Bed is too hard

Reception staff was quick in handing over room key upon arrival. Close to park and Makro supermarket is nearby hotel.

Located on sketchy part of the city, noisy and unsafe. Poorly trained and rude staff, ATM not working. Avoid this hotel.

Backing into beautiful park and river, two min walk to Metro station, shopping ets.

stayed at twin room for sight seeing. the front desk was very helpful and checking in and out process was smooth. the room was absolutely spacious and clean, and their breakfast is amazing. there is a bank and supermarket close by to the north. their wifi was sometimes fast, sometimes slow.

Although it was a one night stay, the pleasant staff were very helpful for amenities on site. Off site advice was received regarding where to eat and shop. A very good experience overall. The facility was very clean and tidy. I would definitely stay there again.

I have to admit I booked this because it was the only one available! It has hard beds with pillows that are a little over stuffed which I think many would find uncomfortable i however like a firm mattress (though not usually that firm). The hotel is basic with few amenities however it was very very clean and I found the staff very helpful, friendly and sometimes quite amusing! It is a fairly short 5 - 10 min walk (which you can do partly through a rather amusing theme park) to the very easy to use metro system. It is not the most central or most luxurious hotel but it is also cheaper than the others which since the metro costs only 1000 som and taxis to and from the centre are pretty cheap those that are looking to save money may find this an ideal stay and those that like myself find themselves with few options should not be worried about! It also has group rooms so groups may be interested in staying here too.

New (mid-2014) hotel in out-of -centre location. Rather austere and not particularly stylish, but it has everything: good-sized, fully-equipped rooms, decent breakfast, excellent wi-fi (rare in this country) and welcoming and friendly English-speaking staff. Close to Mirzo Ulugbek Metro station, so access to city centre is easy, fast and cheap. Not too far from Airport. Only disappointments were the thin, unlined curtains and the ultra-firm mattresses ("orthopaedic"!).

시설은 그럴싸하게보이지만 화장실의 노후로지저분해보임... 이불이나 배게는 지난밤에 누가 쓰고 그냥 털어놓은 거 같음,,,,상당히 불쾌함

年末に1泊した際の体験談を以下箇条書きで。 ・チェックイン時に受け取ったカードキーが故障していた。 ・部屋は汚くはないが、埃っぽくとても乾燥していた。お陰で洗濯物はすぐに乾き、喉が痛くなった。 ・エクスペディアには"高級寝具"と書いてあったが、実際はただの硬くて狭いベッドだった。 ・エクスペディアを通して事前に支払い済みにも関わらず、チェックアウト時に宿泊代を請求され30分くらい揉めた。朝食をとれない程の早朝のチェックアウトだったので、大幅なタイムロスとなった。 ・駅からは意外と近くなく、15分程歩く。近くにスーパーはあるが、それ以外は気味の悪い公園(遊園地)とスタジアムしかない。 個人的にオススメはしません。

Hotel antiguo de la época soviética. My básico e incómodo. Mi habitación era grande con muebles muy viejos. El colchón de la cama durísimo literalmente una piedra. La almohada grande y demasiado llena, imposible de conciliar el sueño. El cuarto de baño normal aunque no tenía cortina de duña o mampara y todo el agua se salía afuera. El personal simple e inexpresivo. La ubicación lejísimos del centro. Hay algunos restaurantes y un centro comercial cerca del hotel. A 10 minutos del aeropuerto por este motivo reserve este hotel. Y lo peor de todo el desayuno realmente una basura. Un desorden en las bandejas... nada de frutas o zumos... un café pésimo... incomible. Despues de no poder dormir toda la noche y no poder desayunar porqué lo que habia nada apenas. Rotundamente no recomiendo este hotel yo no volvería.

호텔입구 옆에 작은 슈퍼가 있어 담배나 음료등 간단한 필료물품을 구매할 수 있고, 입구로 나와서 왼쪽으로 3~5분정도 걸어가면 시장과 마크로가 있어 편리합니다... 직원들도 친절한 편이고, 객실도 청결한 편입니다...

시설은 3성급호텔입니다. 공항이 가깝습니다. 조식은 별로구요, 뒷편에 큰 공원이 있어 산책하기 좋습니다.

近くに公園があり、散歩に良かった。地下鉄駅からも徒歩圏内。近くにスタジアムがあり、偶然サッカーを観戦できた、ホテルは快適であった。ホテルの近くにはスーパーやバザール、銀行もあり、買い物や両替にも便利です。空港に行くバス停も近いので大変便利であった。ホテルのスタッフは、部屋の位置や最終日のチェックアウト時間の延長など、こちらの要求をよく聞いてくれました。

Keine freie Zimmer bei Check-In, obwohl ich durch Expedia gebucht habe. Vorsicht. Ich stand auf der Strasse ohne Zimmer !!!

Really wonderful stay for us. If I'll visit this city, I want to stay this hotel. Every staff is really kind.
