I don't know what to say other than complimenting it, it's very beautiful, everything is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic, the receptionist is very supportive even though my problem is very silly, breakfast has cake The cinnamon drizzled with honey was delicious and the fried rice was amazing. This is a great experience in Ha Long, although it was raining a few days when I went, but in the hotel there were two swimming pools. So it's relatively ok, the beach is right across from me, very close to every room, and the sea view is very nice. always my favorite is the italian toilet, the Italian bath, i love it so much I will come back because everything is 10 points

Our room was perfect. Brand new, well maintained and constructed. Nice view of the bay. The pools were excellent. Facilities were solid and there was a mart on site. Housekeeping staff very nice. Front desk was average. Breakfast was average. Not much in the area so be prepared to take a Grab. Would stay again.

The breakfast buffet was delicious with variety of food to choose. My kids said it was the best buffet they ever had. They loved the Pho Bo and tasty western breakfast bread. The hotel had great view from the infinity pool. Would love to stay longer but will definitely stay here again.

The receptionist was very nice. After I checked in, the receptionist told me to wait 15 minutes and call me to check in. I waited for almost an hour and didn't get a call so I went out to ask and was told that there were a lot of people in line behind me who hadn't checked in yet. I said I'd check in and then come get my room card and the staff turned around and glared at me. It seemed to be the manager because she was the only one wearing a black vest.

The elevator is a bit crowded during rush hour, the breakfast buffet in my personal opinion is nothing special, no local dishes, not delicious but not too bad
