7-8am start cleaning, because the room is not soundproofed well so it is very noisy, I hardly have a good night's sleep...

Everything in the hotel is good, except when booking tickets, taxes and fees are deducted but the invoice cannot be issued. An additional 10% tax and fees will be charged if the hotel issues an invoice, so I really dislike Traveloka.

Everything is fine, clean room, friendly staff. But I hope the hotel will improve the Wifi quality on the 3rd floor, the network speed is too slow and often interrupted, if improved then it would be perfect for me.
