Khách sạn hơi cũ vì thời gian nhưng dịch vụ cực tốt, nhân viên thân thiện, lịch sự. Riêng cái khoản đồ dùng cá nhân trang bị trong phòng thì ngoài sức mong đợi, lần đầu tiên thấy một khách sạn mà có trang bị bàn chải, kem đánh răng, dao cạo râu, dầu gội đầu, sữa tắm loại hay dùng trong các gia đình phổ thông (dễ xài hơn mấy loại dùng 1 lần thường thấy). Đặc biệt có trang bị cả "thun cột tóc" cho nữ. Bàn nước thì cho thêm kéo, muỗng, nĩa, đũa... Lần sau sẽ quay lại!

Degraded rooms. The door of the room was still open when closed even though I locked it with 3 keys. Room cleaning is not clean, there is still medicine, the floor is still dirty. Around 7-10 am often disturbed by housekeeping staff, talking quite loudly even though the door is closed. As for the staff, it's ok, cute, enthusiastic. Feeling not worth the money spent.

Actually, in this 4.0 time, losing money is to have to get dirty services and hygiene, every day we have to have 2 bottles of free water for guests, but no, I go out all day until 10:00 pm to see. the room is still dirty, annoyed, called le Tan newspaper to bring new towels, for temporary use, no waiting, the service and reception were too poor, never to A25 again 😡

We stayed at this hotel many times, almost every month, but until today we were really unhappy when we couldn't sleep all night because of the noise of the next room, talking and opening night music, it made me and my boyfriend all night unable to stop, I had a very high fever. Too disappointed .

Limited English understanding. They called me at 12 to check-out and when I came down in 20 mins they wanted to charge me for extra hour. I wasted so much time in arguing with them. They also wanted to charge for one water bottle which I had during stay of 2 days, which when I booked showed complementary under facilities. Again I have to argue for long and then few more things which is a bad experience for me
