(500k / 1 night). The next day decided to change rooms and change class. Still ok as usual. How to say! Tell the receptionist to correct the answer with the customer a little bit. 1 night guests because your hotel stinks, they can't sleep. You say: because you put the "standard" rating, the standard is to include the smell? In other hotels, 500k is already in a deluxe room or more. Guests are extremely uncomfortable because of the quality of the hotel, why the receptionist did not know to say: sympathy, I really want to change rooms for you, but because my side is temporarily full, I will deal with it tomorrow. for you. That said, are both of you comfortable? All of my suggestions. I only stayed for 2 nights, so that day I didn't say anything to the hotel.

The elevator is serviced but the hotel does not give guests any prior notice. When I checked in at 12:30 to receive the information, but did not have time to book another hotel. Room on the 6th floor (5th floor) but there is no support staff to carry luggage from the 1st floor (ground floor)
