The hotel has a convenient location for sightseeing. The hotel is not new but stylish and clean. From the hotel to the center, it only takes 5 minutes to Muong Hoa station, church area and Sun Plaza. There is free car parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus point: The view of the mountains and valley from the balcony is very beautiful

Great, will come back 3,4,5 times... beautiful hotel, central, warm, cheerful, dedicated staff. Arrived in Sapa a bit early so stopped by the hotel early, the staff offered a cup of warm tea which I still can't forget. The hotel has luggage storage, I showered and went out until noon and checked in later. The rooms are clean, nice view, fully equipped. From the hotel, you can walk to almost everything in the center.

The hotel is newly renovated so it is clean and beautiful, with full amenities. The only thing is that the hygiene is not good, the towels still have hair (or fur??), the staff needs to pay more attention when there are unfortunate incidents when cleaning the room.

Can't say the stay was bad, it was just ok as the bed sleepable and we can sleep ok (can't say good also). First of all the price is cheap for 3 pax (like we did) if you compare with other hotel, you get what you pay. No hot water for sapa freash weather was freaking sick. I was ask receptionist who always not in her place about hot water. She said you have to turn it on the water 10 minutes before showers, we did, nothing changed still no hot water. We expect the (cheap) breakfast with choices, what we got no choices only chicken pho. It is an old building house, if you stay here just minding your own business, don't try to make hotel tour. Just come, sleep and go. It's not fair if I only say the minus, the plus point is the view from balcony is breathtaking. You can see the beautiful of sapa from the old balcony, that's it:) but for sleep and keep your bag safe, price is cheap I can say. Not for person who want comfortable holiday or not for family with small kids. Because the location seems near to center, but it up the hill. Well xe om only 20k, but still the walk back to hotel was a big job.

Quá tệ! 1 khách sạn ẩm mốc hôi, cùng với đồ đạc hỏng hóc từ cái máy sấy đến cái vòi nước, thậm chí nên nhà cũng bị thủng, xà phòng thì hết hạn, điều khiển điều hoà không có pin. Nhân viên còn gọi mình tự đi lấy pin ở phòng khác :))) buồn cười không Nói chung là ai book khách sạn này thì không khác gì bị lừa. Đằng sau 1 cái khách sạn chất lượng kém như này là 1 người chủ thiếu trách nhiệm. Đồ ăn sáng cũng là đồ cũ từ hôm trước. Thật tiếc là mình không chụp lại ảnh thực tế. Không có lần sau cho 1 chỗ kém như thế này. Mọi người nên tránh

Phòng cũ, ẩm thấp. Nước nóng trong nhà tắm phải đợi lâu mới có. Trong booking thì thấy để có bữa sáng nhưng sáng ra xuống tới chỗ ăn sáng thì không có gì ăn. Điểm cộng là nếu book được phòng có ban công thì sẽ có view tương tối đẹp, nhân viên khá nhiệt tình.

The hotel is close to the center, but very old, with degraded facilities. There is a musty smell, the room lights and hallway lights feel very dark, the bathroom is cramped, the breakfast is few and not delicious. 1 bad experience.

The room is dusty, the bed is rickety, and a buffet is given. In the morning, when we go down to the restaurant, the kitchen says there are no guests so there is nothing to eat. The hotel supports buying sightseeing tickets and advises us to buy a combo and get a buffet lunch, but when we get there, we receive information. believe there is no such program. A very bad experience that will never come back
