The hostess is great. Cozy, clean hotel, near Da Lat market. A small minus point is that the outside soundproofing is a bit poor, so it will be a bit noisy by the sound of traffic outside. The rest of the service is great.

The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, I find the room here quite simple but still fully equipped.
However, the phone number on the page and google is sometimes available and sometimes not available, I arrived early in the morning so I called the number in front of the hotel. I arrived early in the morning but there was a room so I was checked in early and charged an extra half day which was quite reasonable.
A small note is that the hotel is on a one-way street so grab and taxi are often reluctant to take me to the hotel, but sometimes when I get to the beginning of the street, it is a few meters away and a few steps away, so it is not a big problem.
Overall okay, satisfied, will consider coming back next time

Room was too bad. In a 4-person room, but only set up for 2 people to stay. There is only 1 type of large towel, no face towel, no doormat, no toilet liner, there is a space on the head of the bed, but it is not hygienic, terrible dust. High price but no free water. The dryer is unknown from which era, the power cord is open, and it is extremely weak, unable to dry. Need to meet someone to ask, but no sign of anyone. Being close to the center and places to eat and drink.

Sorry for the mistakes from your housekeeping staff. Ks always has a hotline number at the counter to call to reflect or request to provide any more items or utensils, if unfortunately damaged or missing, ks will provide and fix it right away. The price for a 2-bed room for 4 people with me is always affordable 120k / person, not a high-class hotel, you must be mistaken. Anyway, Amour is very sorry for the bad experience when you stay at the hotel. If only you had told the hotel, everything would be resolved immediately, ks would not make it difficult for you.

I booked a three-bed room, when I got there, the hotel arranged me a room in the attic, so the sound of the water pump was very noisy at night, when it rained, it interfered with the water, the room was not beautiful, the ceiling was covered with maple. . I tried asking to change rooms but there was no room, so I had to accept it, but I noticed that there were rooms that looked much better. The room with 3 beds next to me has 2 types of prices and will depend on the time. The room you book is cheap, about 100k / person, so it will not be as beautiful as the higher priced room. Early check-in at 4am with our surcharge of 50k/person is the cheapest of all hotels in the same price range. If I go to the cafe at 4 am to wait until 2 pm to check in, there is no shop open to drink a cup of coffee 50k / person. Hehe

The hotel is near the market, easy to walk. Nice staff, polite. The room is old, dirty and degraded: on the ceiling and on the floor there is a lot of dirty dust that has not been swept for a long time, the bathroom is dark, damp and absorbent.

The location is probably the biggest plus point of the hotel, because it's very close to the center, I walk a few steps to the Da Lat market. I rented a motorbike here from 1pm I went to the evening. Then I have to hold the key until noon the next day after checking out, I will return the key. When paying, the owner said that her car was rented for 1 and a half days and took money for 1 and a half days. The first time I rented a car, I thought it was the same everywhere, so I still gave it as normal. But when I went to another place and rented a car, people rented it until noon at 12 o'clock when I checked out for 1 day. Everyone be careful to lose money unjustly :)). And the room here is not as new as in the picture. The room was moldy and the wall was soaked, so the paint was peeled off and there was a very unpleasant smell of moisture
