Trải nghiệm tại đây rất tuyệt vời, nhân viên lễ tân dễ thương, thân thiện, giá cả hợp lý, bãi biển bao đẹp, mặc dù không có hồ bơi nhưng rất tuyệt. Đáng để trải nghiệm.

Cảnh quang đẹp, tiện ích vừa đủ. Tuy nhiên cơ sở vật chất đã xuống cấp, nhưng vẫn ổn. Nhà hàng nấu ăn tốt nhưng không mở 24/7 hơi đáng tiếc.

Khách sạn chưa tương xứng với 3 sao, chỉ tầm 2 sao. Tôi đã từng ở nhiều khách sạn nhưng hơi thất vọng với Ananda resort . Không biết có phải dịp Tết giá tăng hay không mà giá khá cao nhưng không nhận được dịch vụ tương xứng. Vị trí khách sạn khó tìm, lối vào cổng nhìn hoang sơ, đường dẫn vào phòng tối, phòng ốc không sạch sẽ lắm, toilet bụi bẩn nhiều, muỗi rất nhiều, vật dụng hư hỏng nhiều, nói có bãi tắm riêng nhưng sóng lớn sâu dễ hụt chân với những người không biết bơi, không có bể bơi, trang trí khuôn viên khá đơn xơ. Nhân viên lễ tân rất ít, chỉ có 1 bạn, buổi tối không có ai trực nếu cần hỗ trợ thì khó có khả năng ( ví dụ: tôi hỏi: người nhà lớn tuổi hay quên, ra ngoài khóa cửa không cầm chìa khoá, hỏi lễ tân có chìa khóa dự phòng không? Bạn lễ tân trả lời: bạn quản lý chìa khoá về rồi không có…nếu trường hợp quên chắc có lẽ ngủ ngoài ghế….???) Đồ ăn sáng không ngon, ít món, cần bổ sung thêm. Tuy nhiên, cảnh bình minh nơi đây rất đẹp.
