Had a good experience at this 5-star hotel and resorts. The price is at an affordable rate considering the competitive services and facilities at the resort. Staff are all friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety and is tasty as well. Overall, it was a good and unforgettable experience here at the resort. A very nice resort for the price. I booked a room with a sea view, which was a little more expensive but really worth it. The room was spacious, the decor was luxurious and smooth, the bed was big, there was a balcony, and large glass doors that let in a lot of light. You could watch the sunrise in the room, but it was still better to walk a little to the beach. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and lovely, and the service was enthusiastic. I just found it a bit strange that one day when I went down to the lobby around 8pm, the receptionists had all left, but it didn't affect me much. My family went when there were few guests, so it felt extremely private and comfortable. I will definitely come back to Sol when I have the chance.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay. I felt comfortable throughout the 5 days and 4 nights, and the service was consistently good. The environment was pleasant, peaceful, and relaxing. The only minor drawbacks were that the pillow was a little too thick for my preference, and the bedsheet set could be improved for better comfort. This is an excellent place for those seeking tranquility and a quiet retreat rather than a crowded, lively atmosphere. The peaceful environment was actually my favorite part of the stay, providing the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and escape from the crowds.

The rooms here are very nice, clean and tidy. My family has a 1-year-old child so we want to limit going out because of the epidemic. The hotel has a free breakfast. I enjoyed the delicious Hoi An Cao Lau prepared by the hotel, with coffee too. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and attentive. I will come back here if I have the chance.
