Cheap Hotels in Cua Can Commune

Beautiful landscapes! If you enjoy walking in the green and taking instagram worthy photos this place deserves a spot on your bucket list. Great foods from the main restaurant too. I recommend the grilled shrimps with salt and chilliz.

This place was a terrible experience. The managers in charge of food, drinks and service need to be fired immediately. Started with the walk in, which was nice, then we went to the beach restaurant (being the only one open at the time) and I ordered a nice glass of Prosecco to get vacation started. 20 minutes later, the girl comes back and says we don't have that. So I ordered a sparkling wine and some food. Same story, we don't have that. So we left the property to go find some drinks and food awaiting check-in. We were told there were 3 restaurants here, but no, there's only 2 with the exact same menu that's apparently a list of things they don't have. Next day I called for the room service menu since there ' s not one in the room and they said I need to use the menu on the TV and scan the code, which I did. The menu came up on my phone and I called to order breakfast at 11:00am that says available 24 hours a day on the menu. Their response was the TV menu was old and they don't have that anymore. This time I demanded to speak to a manger who never returned my call. I settled for being hungry and went out to the pool area where there was no service. We finally managed to get a pair of chairs on the beach when we realized people were just leaving their things there on chairs all day and not actually there. Had to go find somebody to order drinks and the charcuterie platter of meats and cheeses since apparently service is non-existent in this hotel. Of course, the same story, we don't have that. I asked sarcastically for a menu of what they DO have and proceeded to leave the property again in frustration. We will definitely never stay here again. There's 4 things that are needed: a comprehensive food menu including eastern and western foods (I would have loved to have a good steak and a nice glass of champagne, but could barely stomach anything here), two outside service people-one for the pool area and one for the beach area, fire the food and drink director and fire the service director. This is only a summary of the bad experiences and there are several others. Hope this review helps folks stay away or the hotel to realize it needs better management.

A bit far from the center but the beach is great. 2 swimming pools. Green, romantic space. Delicious food. I will still choose to stay here when I return to Phu Quoc.

It seems like the owner of this resort is not please to serve Vietnamese guests, the attitude is bad. His act is shown to be "I don't willingly to have you guys here. That 's the least from service should be avoided. Everything about room, good staffs and food doesn't help you from losing score from me. For whom who considering book the room in this resort, you don't pay money for the owner who doesn't give an attitude to welcome you in. Cheers.

The receptionist was caring and nice. Pool is totally clean.

People going to the airport can take Vin's free bus to grand word then take a grab to the hotel. You should not take a tuktuk at the return station, it's quite expensive. Note, there are 2 roads into the hotel, one road according to the map is very bad, full of potholes, not potholes, if it rains there will be a lot of water. I had a terrible experience, at that time I wanted to cancel my booking. You should look at the road to Mai Phuong resort and then take another dirt road to get there, that road is the easiest to follow. If you have a small child, you should consider it because at night, there are no lights on the road, and the forest is dark on both sides, which is quite scary. I went during the tourist season so it was very quiet and the room was close to the beach. The hotel caretaker is enthusiastic, will help you with anything you need, and even lend you a boat to go to the beach. Breakfast is only fried rice with eggs, fried noodles with vegetables, coffee and fruit for dessert. For lunch at the hotel, I told her to go to the market to buy things first so the food was fresh. You can go down to the cooking oil gulf after going out, eat seafood and watch the beautiful sunset. In general, the hotel is okay, but the access route should be carefully considered.

The location is very good if you rent a scooter. The breakfast is poor, although in the pictures it seems to be a buffet, it is not. The garden is not maintained.
