Great!!! Good service and clean

I booked hotel room for my boss for lunar new year! however, when we come to check in, the receptionist treated us with unwelcome attitudes, no one help to carry luggage also. luckily he did not understand Vietnamese, only I deal to her in Vietnamese. after coming to room. OMG she arranged the room with the view has been blocked by window frame. the hotel does not had many guests also. very disappointed! although the hotel has very good location and beautiful design

the night market next to the hotel. below hotel is Rex cafe that crowded all the time. the room spacious and clean. breakfast many choice.

Located in the city center. Close to tourist destinations. Comfortable, cool, clean, reasonable price

Good location and prices ok but not really happy at the end because I take too long to go down and the transfer bus didn’t wait for me and I said I return room so I had to wait other buses more than 1 hours and I said I go back to room back she didn’t allow me and that time just 10,30 am so I wait downstairs for more than hours.

I have book the room but the hotel don't check the booking. I arrived their hotel 2am, they said that all room same level with the one I booked are full, they asked me go to look for another hotel 2am without any support. Never book this hotel from now on.
