Convenient location, easy to travel between streets. Enthusiastic staff are always ready to assist guests when needed. Rooms are ok, clean and fragrant. Worth the experience!

good service even though we were told to move hotels and buy a tour to Halong Bay, here we were given free airport transportation for the whole family in a big car, thanks to Mr. Peter
