Staying at Bamboo Hotel was very delightful. Nice clean room and excellent mountain view. Julie was helping us with check-in and she was very helpful. We also got good help from Amou, the bellboy, who is always ready to help us with our luggage. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

I spent 3 days and 2 nights in SaPa after exactly 10 years. I really felt like I was in a place that was not my own country. I was happy because everything has developed more, more bustling, foreign tourists from all 5 continents are very bustling. However, when I go to a hotel, restaurant or anywhere, the first word I hear is not "Hello!", but instead it is English. The hotel where I stayed is 4 stars but the quality of room hygiene is not good. Breakfast uses a lot of old things and the taste is mainly to serve foreign tourists, very few dishes have Vietnamese flavor and are not special. The staff is moderately friendly with Vietnamese tourists and more welcoming with international tourists. Anyway, I hope everything will change in the near future and hope to hear the 2 words "Hello!" when I come back here next time!

The hotel is nice, the room is quite spacious. If you arrive before check in time, there are facilities for taking a shower or freshen up and you can borrow towels too, complete with hot water for showering, hair dryer and small locker. The breakfast has many variations from fruits, pastries, pho, egg station, international food and many more. It's a shame I only stayed here for 1 night because if it was longer it would have been even better. The staff are friendly, especially the one who helped handle our suitcases before leaving, namely Julie
