Room on the 3rd floor has no elevator, quite inconvenient but has a good car parking space. The road to Hoi An is convenient.

I checked in yesterday and stayed for 1 night, generally close to the center, the price is not cheap, not expensive, but at this price the room is not clean at all, I stayed in room 304, forgot to take a picture, the bathroom floor is covered with green moss, the bathroom wall is black and yellow, in general it looks very unhygienic. The room I got was full of hair, I felt like the staff just cleaned it up first and then arranged a room for me to rent. The water glass was dirty and yellow, I didn't dare to drink it. The shelf was full of dust, if I waved my hand, there was a layer of dust. The room was spacious, with many beds, it was comfortable for families to go. The stairs were slippery, although there were anti-slip mats, the mats were not reinforced, so when I drove, it was slippery, it rained early this morning in Hoi An, so this morning around 7am when I checked out, the stairs were still wet and waterlogged, I almost slipped.

The experience was quite good, I really liked the view of the room on the 2nd floor. There is a lot of green space, cool and airy. There is also a motorbike rental service and tickets to go on a basket boat in the 7-acre Coconut Forest. The location is also convenient to move to places to visit and have fun. The price is surprisingly cheap. Very worth the experience.

The room is new, clean, airy and beautiful. The view overlooking the green trees is quite fresh so I chose to book this room right away. The receptionist is cute. The location is moderate, close, and quiet enough for me. Overall, the experience in the room is okela. Will consider coming back next time.

The staff is enthusiastic and supportive. The road is beautiful and convenient, about 10 minutes from the center. Next time I come back, I will book here again.

My first good impression was because of the attentiveness and friendliness of the receptionist. I felt the room was clean and really enjoyed the surrounding space. I felt really peaceful and just sitting in the room watching the surrounding space was enough. This area is also convenient as it is located between the sea and the old town, I don't need to move too far. I will definitely come back❤️

Accidentally booked the wrong date but the home was very enthusiastic in helping to change the date, the staff were friendly, the room was airy, comfortable and fully equipped.

Villa near the center of Hoi An ancient town, the owner is 100 points, so cute, very enthusiastic instructions, supports early check-in, clean rooms, quiet, no musty smell, will come back if I have the opportunity to come to Hoi An, this is my own review :)) everyone can trust to book 👍

I rented 2 family rooms here. The space is very airy, with a fairly clean lawn garden. The room is nicer than I thought. The staff is also very enthusiastic. It's about a kilometer and a half walk to the old town, not too far. In general, everything is at a good/good level or better. The only thing missing is the lack of breakfast, but there are quite a few shops selling quite good breakfast around.

When booking a room on the app, the photo is of a room with a view on the upper floor, but when checking in, it is a different room, the room downstairs has no view and the staff responded that the photo is a sample on the app, and the bed class is the same. Although the staff responded and analyzed enthusiastically, the check-in experience was quite disappointing. The bad experience was that the room had a musty smell and the curtains were moldy, when you pulled the curtains open, they were moldy and sticky, and the dust was flying. The room did not have hot and cold water, there was no place to put shower gel and shampoo. It was quite inconvenient to put it on the bathroom ventilation sill and had to tiptoe to get it, the sill was also dusty. The room did not have a bedside table, which was a bit inconvenient. Everything else was ok, the staff was enthusiastic, the location was convenient, the area was quiet, and there were cool trees.

Super bad mouldy blinds, WiFi was so bad and patchy can't use it unless I sit at the clothing area. As the router was just outside the room. Even sitting there will cause patchy connection. Did not provide big body towel, need to pay additional for it. But even with the body towel its too small can't cover the whole body. If I want to cover my butt my top will be exposed, if I want to cover my top, my bottom is exposed. Table provided was too high for their chair. I am slight above average but I have to reach my arm up to type on my computer. Bed was so springy that I have zero quality sleep. Surrounding was pretty noisy, chicken will start at 3am and stop around 6-7am. Dogs around will fight at night. And crazy amount of mosquito, it bit my fingers and lip. Could hear them flying around my ears at night super creepy. Hot water system is horrible. Have to turn on the shopee for at least 5-10 mins before it gets hot. Then it will fluctuate a lot so you will definitely catch a cold during winter. Staff was friendly, the morning reception and the night security was amazing. Other than that horrible do not come. Its one of the highest costing stay around the area. I can get better ones around

The room is beyond imagination, the manager is extremely friendly, will come back many times in the future
