Binh Minh Hotel Vung Tau

I booked on traveloka for 375, the owner agreed to let me check in early, but when I got there they said there was no room, I had to change to another room and pay an extra 50k (I looked at some other reviews and that room is usually only 350k/weekend) on the app it says there is hot water but in reality there isn't the bathroom has no water because it's under repair, but it's really inconvenient the elevator is bad, I have to press the button 3 times the room is old, the door is rickety, it's extremely difficult to open and close 2 bottles of mineral water for 20k, this is really unbearable. I can't defend it

The hotel is near the beach, the owner is friendly, there is a car park, although the entrance road is a bit small but passable. The room price is quite reasonable compared to the general level.

The hosts are friendly. I arrived on the day of an oil spill, my flip-flops got dirty, and my hands and feet were covered in black oil. They brought out kerosene for us to wash off, and even took the opportunity to buy new slippers for us without any hassle or charge. This is my second time here, and I will come back many more times. The hotel owners are friendly and attentive, the location is close to the beach, and close to convenience stores and restaurants. 5 stars!

location ok, friendly hostess, check in 2 hours early but no extra charge. but I found the room facilities quite old (the dirty kettle had many names so I didn't dare to use it, the toilet smelled, the shampoo and shower gel bottle was used many times so the print was lost so I couldn't tell which was shampoo and which was shower gel, the fridge wasn't cool even though it was plugged in all night, the air conditioner was hard to adjust). waiting for the elevator took a long time even though there were few guests, there were no good restaurants nearby.
