The air conditioning was weak; we booked two VIP and business rooms but there were so many mosquitoes that night, and the water in the VIP room smelled very unpleasant. Two staff members were at the reception desk; one was very disrespectful, while the other was okay. Considering the price and the experience, I felt it wasn't worth it and needs improvement.

The hotel has 2 buildings, and I was assigned to the building that was under construction. Early in the morning, I heard the sound of machines drilling into walls, and the sound of cleaning staff chatting loudly... I couldn't sleep in the morning even noon. Magnetic cards are only given 1 card instead of 2 like other places and the staff said that because the rooms are full, there is a shortage of cards, but the cards have a code printed on each room. The room notes to call the receptionist and press 0, but there is no phone in the room. If you want to contact the receptionist, you have to call directly through the hotline. Don't want to go back...

The location of the hotel and the rooms are beautiful, but it is too noisy and lacks privacy due to the opening of a rooftop cafe for outside guests, noisy because the cleaning staff pulls the table loudly and the room cleaning is noisy during the guests' lunch break.

Tôi đặt phòng có ghi chú là 17h nhận phòng và 16h ngày hôm sau trả phòng tôi thuê phòng 1 ngày chứ đâu thuê giờ mà có ghi rỏ bên khách sạn sáng chưa gì 11h45p đã gọi lên phòng làm phiền giờ giấc của tôi đã thế gọi tận 3 lần lên phòng tôi đang ngủ khi xuống thanh toán tiền còn bảo tôi bù tiền trễ giờ trả phòng tôi cần một lời giải thích từ khách sạn
