The room is very old. Needs to be renovated. Should use fixed bed sheets, use a big sheet and then have to re-spread it. After 2 nights, re-spread the sheet 99 times.

Booked for 1 day but when I checked out they said the bill was for 2 days. The receptionists had a rude attitude. The room was run down, damp and dirty. The air conditioner was not hot enough.

Staff extremely attitude. First time witnessing a hotel arbitrarily taking a guest's belongings and throwing them out while the room was paid for but not yet returned. Room smells musty. I had you terrible experience at this hotel. Despite having paid and not yet checked out, the hotel staff threw my possessions outside. The service was unfriendly and unprofessional. Additionally, the room was damp and moldy. I do not recommend staying here.

Điểm trừ là lúc nhận phòng còn phải đợi dọn phòng khoảng hơn nửa tiếng. Phòng vào ngày đầu chưa dọn kĩ, còn gián. Cửa hỏng hóc chưa sửa hoàn toàn. Về phần cách âm: nằm bên trong vẫn nghe được tiếng bên ngoài, nhiều lúc đóng cửa từ ngoài vẫn nghe tiếng TV bên trong. Bù lại điểm cộng là không gian phòng thoáng mát, nvs sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ, giá thành cũng tương đối, không thể mong gì hơn ở tầm giá này, có có hội vẫn sẽ tá lại lần nữa xem có thay đổi gì ko.

Phòng giống như ảnh, đường vào đi = vali hơi khó vì sỏi đá trong ngõ ạ 😭 , mong phòng setup thêm gương toàn thân cho khách ạ. 🥹 . Có cho thuê xe máy, mình có hỏi truớc qua fanpage vào ngày lễ là 200k nhưng lúc hỏi lễ tân lại báo giá 250k rồi họ lại báo check lại 1 lúc roi cho mình thuê giá cũ nên không hiểu lắm.

đặt khách sạn gần bệnh viện 30/4 để tiện ra vào chăm sóc ở bệnh viện, khách sạn bonita 88b Hùng Vương view lầu 5 đẹp.. nhưng nội thất xuống cấp và rất ẩm thấp. đặt phòng 3 đêm để chờ người nhà làm thủ tục xuất viện. nhưng dịch vụ cuả app + khách sạn không có chế độ hoàn trả 2 ngày... nên thấy dịch vụ rất tệ...

the hotel is not very clean, the walls are moldy and damp. Surcharge for early check-in 60k/h is too expensive. I booked to stay for 2 days, didn't clean the room every day. The saving point is the enthusiastic female receptionist. Probably never going back.

Quá thậm tệ, chăn gối có mùi hôi, nền nhà bẩn ẩm ướt không dám thò chân xuống, giường thì lăn nhẹ cái là kêu cót két. Máy lạnh không lạnh, phòng không cách âm. Đặc biệt muỗi nhiều kinh khủng, muỗi chích không ngủ nổi. Tôi đang nói phòng giá 400k đó, quá thậm tệ so với giá cả
