This is a real story, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, stairs, when I arrived it was raining and I called back and forth but the staff couldn't remember the code to enter the house, and couldn't remember the code to enter the room, the room was really bad, the experience was not good at all compared to the positive reviews I read before coming here.

Hospitality / Service: cái này chê để tốt lên ( nên cân nhắc với sale & mkt phối hợp reservation thường xuyên cập Nhật room stt tránh làm ảnh hưởng đến quá trình check in ( nó làm 1st impression bị failed ) nhớ đó ! Nhưng khen Duy nhiệt tình hỗ trợ tư vấn , hỗ trợ , handling guest requested ( 8 điểm + nha₫ Đặc biệt có 1 chị xinh xinh thấy tôi đi bộ mệt chị đã chủ động gợi ý sự giúp đỡ tôi đó là đòi xách ba lô dùm !
