Clean, beautiful room, airy view. The receptionist is friendly and enthusiastic. 130K car rental a nice day, available gas and especially the car is very economical for 2 days but poured 20K. Slightly far from the center but not a problem because all the remaining + points are enough to fill the distance from the center.

Spent 2 wonderful nights here! The female staff with glasses was extremely friendly. She even escorted us to the hotel entrance during checkout. The room was cozy, super clean, and had complete facilities.

My family stayed here for 1 night. Convenient parking for both cars and motorbikes. The hotel is clean, comfortable space. I rate 10 points for the cleanliness of the bedding and toilet. The staff are lovely, clearly provide information to guests, and enthusiastically support, making me very satisfied. Please come and be satisfied. There is a breakfast place in the basement, the space is clean and beautiful, however, I went during the low season with few guests, so I cannot rate the variety and food at the hotel. If I go to Dalat, I will come back again.

The soundproofing room is a bit poor, so just say it out loud and the next room can hear it all. About 3km from Xuan Huong Lake, the straight road is wide and easy to go. The hotel is very nice. From staff, service, to customer support, all 10 points. There are 2 problems the hotel needs to fix. 1 is that I am in a room on the 1st floor with a balcony, and the door latch is broken, so I am not sure. 2 is that if you want to use hot water, you have to run the faucet on the hot side for a long time to get hot water. Very wasteful of water

Rooms are clean, ok. My only suggestion is that the staff should advise more specifically, when I changed the room, it said that the room was the same as the room I first booked, but when it comes to billing, it will be charged more. I accidentally broke a bottle of shampoo, knew I would pay but didn't think it would be 350K :) with the price of the room so far from the center, I thought it was expensive :) At first I thought that if I booked on traveloka, I would get a discount. like ordering through the page! Room is not soundproof, noisy
